no problem at all... 150mg caffeine and 24mg ephedrine is not on the high side for those substances. A strong cup of coffee can have more caffeine than that and 24mg ephedrine is a dosage commonly taken 3 times per day when on the ECA stack.

There are times during an ECA stack that I feel like I'm going to vomit, so I couldn't workout immediately after consuming both. But if you feel fine, I see no reason why you can't exercise after taking ephedrine/caffeine.
You'd be better off taking one scoop three times per day, rather than two scoops preworkout... Just because u don't feel it, doesn't mean it's not working
I take close to 500mg of caffeine with 50mg of ephedrine, and I'm fine. Of course we're all different, so start small and keep tabs on your heart rate and blood pressure.
