Any Advantage and disadvantage of having a script for cialis???
I have blue cross/blue shield for insurance, but don't know how much copay?
I'm 36yrs old, what do I tell the doc? What test will they do?
Is it worth the trouble vs ugl?
How many of u guys get it through script and how old are u?

There won't be a test. Just tell your doctor you have trouble getting it up. You could even ask him about it. It's not controlled and doctors commonly prescribe it.

Do you know what mg do they start u with and how many tabs?
Any idea on copay?

It all depends. Some doctors will try and treat the cause others will give you a script right off the bat. My cousin says Cialis is pretty expensive without insurance, he's a pharmacist, but copay would depend on your insurance. The pills come in 2.5, 5, 10, and 20mg and they'll probably start you off with the 5mg if anything.

Copay, and even if Cialis is on your insurance's formulary varies. Most insurances that do cover drugs in that class limit patients to something like 6 pills per month.

For whatever reason, cash prices for cialis, levitra, viagra have gone up a lot in the last couple years. Used to be $19-25 per pill, now they're around $30 per pill.

I'm not 100% sure, but from what I've seen at work (retail pharmacy), the average copay for the 6 pills/mo is around $40.

You can call your prescription insurance carrier and say you have a formulary question and they should be able to give you an idea of what's covered, any limitations, and your copay.

Hardly any insurance company will cover PDE-5 inhibitors, and if they do it is only a few a month. 06G is pretty close on the prices, really just depends on the pharmacy.

Lol fuck going to the doctors they piss me off. They ask to many questions. In my opinion if I want something to get my dick hard I should not have to jump through a million hoops to get it. I just want them to look over my chart and my medical history and tell me the down sides of the drug. And if I have any health issues it will make worse or anything like that. But having to beg to get Cialis from your doctor pisses me off. I mean they give xanex and valium away to all the people who abuse it I feel like same with aderal. If I can avoid the doctors for anything I will. Unless it is something like heart medication or a very serious drug that if it is fake you can die from not having it.

There are no doctors that are in the middle ground on prescribing things I feel like. They are either shady drug dealers or stingy bastards with their prescription pads. That has been my experience in life with doctors. And the more honest you are with them about stuff the more they use it against you. They never allow anyone to make a decision for them self like you are a child.

Forget it only 6 pills a month...

No that should be for the 10 and 20mg tabs. The 2.5 and 5mg are a good bit cheaper if I remember right.

This is correct. At my pharmacy, cash cialis 2.5&5mg price is $176 for 30 tabs. 10&20 mg run $33 for each pill.

As for 2.5&5mg copays, we don't dispense them very often, and when we do, usually the patients have a voucher from eli Lilly for 30 tablets for free. We do have one regular patient who pays a $7 copay with the 6 tablet per month restriction.

I got the free sample. Didn't realize it was that costly. I'm rethinking my prescription.-

That's honestly why RUI gets my business for that particular product. Big pharma is big for a reason. ;) Unless you have crazy good insurance, but even then I like the NO boost from splitting my dose 5mg pwo and 5mg later as recommended by Austinite. :)

Been a while since I have posted but I'll chime in on the price deal. I got a script for daily 5mg dose from my doc. I went the route of a legitimate Canadian pharmacy that requires a prescription. The are Canadian board certified. The good thing about Canada is that a generic is available. I got 3 months worth (90 x 5mg) for $92 shipped to my door. Brand name was about 5x the cost.
