Hey guys, I am about to start my 1st real cycle with Methanoplex 10mg per tablet (DBOL)& a testosterone amplifier from Aces. I also have 2 types of anti oestrogen namely provironplex (anabolic) and Tamoxiplex (non anabolic) and I also have 1.5kg of 100 % pure monohydrate creatine.

I'm trying to Bulk
1 Week - 10 Week : 300mg Testosterone/week & 10mg Methanoplex 3 times per day (Morning 10mg, 45min before Exercise 10mg, Before bed 10mg)

11 Week - 12 Week : Start using small amounts of creatine to retain weight gained and stop with testosterone and Methanoplex.

13 Week - 16 Week : Here is where I need advice of what Anti oestrogen to take as provironplex is anabolic and Tamoxiplex is not with which should I continue????
Can I do week 13 & 14 with Provironplex (to continue to get anabolic effect) and week 15 & 16 start with Tamoxiplex ( non anabolic) and still use small amounts of creatine from week 11 ????

And when should I have my break from Bulking and how long should my break be and specify break may I do cardio workouts every 2nd day for a week????

Any info will be appreciated thanks guys.

If you are trying to bulk, 300mg/week of Test is not a very big dose. 500mg/week would be better.

And you will need to get a real Aromatase Inhibitor (arimidex or Aromasin). Not that fake stuff.

Tell us more about yourself. Age, Height, Weight, Body Fat %? Year training?

Stats

Hey guys, I'm 32 yrs, 176cm, 94kg, I don't know the percentage of body fat, and I've been working out since 2011 getting back into it but now is the real time I'm going in big.

Products I'm using is from Auxiolabs, namely : Methanoplex (DBOL), Provironplex " anabolic. anti oestrogen" and Tamoxiplex "non anabolic anti oestrogen" none over counter stuff but as for testosterone I'm not sure I'm waiting reply from supplier.

Once I get answer for Testosterone to whether it's over counter or not which I think it is I would have to place order for something else and wait to start cycle.

You should note that Tamoxifen is a SERM, not an Aromatase Inhibitor. There serve different functions.

But does it not contain same ingredients as Nolvadex

Tamoxiplex is an post cycle steroid and is made by Axiolabs. The active substance is Tamoxifen Citrate.
Tamoxiplex is probably the most popular ancillary drug for male steroid users who wish to avoid the estrogen like effects caused by the use of anabolic steroids. Tamoxifen Citrate binds to estrogen receptors thus blocking the hormones action on target tissues and achieving an anti-estrogenic effect.
Also worth noting is the fact that Tamoxiplex is an estrogen agonist in the liver and is capable of mimicking estrogen in this organ. At first glance you may wonder why this could be considered a good thing, however, when you realize that estrogen positively effects HDL (good) cholesterol values in the liver its value in this instance becomes obvious. As you know, steroid use tends to suppress HDL levels and raise LDL levels significantly leading to increased cholesterol levels and cardiac risk. Adding Tamoxiplex may therefore form a protective function in this case, although it certainly does not save the liver from all the other hazards involved with the use of c-17 alpha alkylated orals.
Tamoxifen Citrate is a selective estrogen receptor modulator. Selective estrogen receptor modulators can act as estrogen receptor agonists or antagonists. This activity of Tamoxifen Citrate is tissue selective, effecting those estrogen receptors located in the liver, breast, and bone. When the Tamoxifen molecule binds to this receptor, the estrogen is blocked and can not have any influence, thereby remaining inactive in that tissue. By doing so, an "anti-estrogenic" effect is achieved. The drug was developed and still used to treat breast cancer. It is often used as a first option due to its mild nature in comparison to aromatase inhibitors. Of course one would want to use the mildest compound possible when dealing with estrogen levels in women, but one could afford to be more aggressive in dealing with male strength athletes or bodybuilders.
In terms of its use in steroid users, Tamoxiplex can help in two ways. Firstly due to the binding affinity of the compound it is able to help in the prevention of gynocomastia. Tamoxiplex will compete with estrogen for the estrogen receptors in certain tissues, including the breast, and if it can bind to the receptor estrogen will not have an opportunity to interact with receptor and therefore gynocomastia should not be able to develop. When using anabolic steroids that can convert to estradiol (estrogen) this protection against gynocomastia can be invaluable. However it should be noted that Tamoxifen Citrate will not eliminate the estrogen or disallow the conversion to occur. Instead it attempts to counteract the effects of circulating estrogen in the body in those tissues that the drug effects. Therefore there is no evidence that Tamoxiplex has any effects counteracting etrogenic side effects that are unrelated to the tissues that are not in the breast, liver or bone. Namely there is no real causal connection to any reduction in water retention and acne in users that begin taking tamoxifen citrate as it relates to estrogen.
The second, and possibly more beneficial, aspect of Tamoxiplex for steroid users is its ability to increase the production of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone, and therefore increasing testosterone. This ability is why it is often used by steroid users during their post-cycle therapy. There are numerous studies that indicate that Tamoxifen Citrate can increase the levels of these hormones quite dramatically. Tamoxiplex does this by blocking the negative feedback inhibition caused by estrogen at the hypothalamus and pituitary, and this in turn will help to increase the production of these hormones. Unlike clomiphine citrate, tamoxifen citrate has also been shown to increase luteinizing hormone responsiveness to gonadotropin releasing hormone. Clomiphine Citrate can lower this responsiveness over time.

Proviraplex is an post cycle steroid, this drug contains Mesterolone and is made by Axiolabs.
Proviraplex is a synthetic, orally effective androgen which does not have any anabolic characteristics. Proviraplex is used in school medicine to ease or cure disturbances caused by a deficiency of male sex hormones. Many athletes, for this reason, often use Proviraplex at the end of a steroid treatment in order to increase the reduced testosterone production. This, however is not a good idea since Mesterolone has no effect on the body own testosterone production but as mentioned in the beginning only reduces or completely eliminates the dysfunctions caused by the testosterone deficiency. These are in particular impotence which is mostly caused by an androgen deficiency that can occur after the discontinuance of steroids, and infertility which manifests itself in a reduced sperm count and a reduced sperm quality. Proviraplex is therefore taken during a steroid administration or after discontinuing the use of the steroids, to eliminate a possible impotency or a reduced sexual interest. This, however does not contribute to the maintenance of strength and muscle mass after the treatment.
Some competitive bodybuilders will also add Mesterolone to their pre-contest preparation as many believe that it will improve muscle density and hardness. This could be attributed to the ability of the compound to decrease water retention and reduce the amount of circulating estrogen in the body, similar to many other androgenic compounds. However, as discussed earlier, there are several other drugs that could be substituted for mesterolone that are much more effective for this prupose.
Many steroid users who have had adverse reactions to testosterone, or otherwise do not wish to use testosterone in their cycle, will often add Mesterolone to their cycles for it's ability to increase the libido of a user. Often times when a user does not include testosterone, or simply not enough testosterone in relation to the other compounds that he is using, libido will be reduced and including Mesterolone may help alleviate this. Obviously, the dihydrotestosterone effect of the compound plays a key role in this process.

Here is full description of what I have pls let me know your opinions. And I have 1.5kg of creatine 100%, monohydrate. Apparently the proviraplex can be take with Methanoplex?

Methanoplex "Known as DBOL"
Methanoplex 50 is the branded name of Axiolabs lab. This lab is new on the market, but in a short period of time became well known by bodybuilders from all over the world because of its high quality products. The active substance in Methanoplex 50 is Methandienone, which is 50 mg per tab, also it is sold by 20 tabs per pack. This kind of drug is also known among bodybuilders as D-bol, Danabol, Dianabol, Methan, Methanabol etc.
Methanoplex 50 it is an oral steroid, which has a great effect on protein metabolism and its androgenic effect manifests itself in buildup of muscle mass and strength. Often it is called a "mass steroid", because in the first six weeks it is normal to gain 2 – 4 pounds of body weight per week. It is important to know that this steroid manifests itself in a noticeable retention of water and aromatizes easily. To avoid these effects it is recommended to take Nolvadex and Proviron.

I have enough methanoplex and Testosterone amplifier for 8 weeks and 50 tablets Proviraplex and 50 tablets Tamoxiplex,

Can I use the Proviraplex during cycle as read and described why above?

Never heard of that lab. And after doing a few searches, I've read some shitty reviews on their products.

The names of the products come off sketchy to me. This is just opinion of course.

If you're considering a first cycle, everyones gonna need stats. And then beyond that, it'll be test-only first time around. With an AI and HCG during cycle, and Nolva and Clomid post cycle. Of course there are alternatives to these things listed, but you seem like you haven't done enough research to know the differences yet anyway.

Which brings me to my suggestion, read that link Tbone left you, and then go to each section of the forum and really study the beginner links. Lots to be learned here.

But does it not contain same ingredients as Nolvadex.

Nolvadex (generic name is Tamoxifen) is a SERM. Not an Aromatase Inhibitor. There is a huge difference between SERM's and AI's. You really need to learn the difference. Hop on Wikipedia and use the search bar on this forum.
