All Oral Cycle + T3

My Bench after these three months has moved up from 155 5 times to 5 Reps of 175 per set.
My squat has moved up to 5 Sets of 205 up from 145.
My Deadlift has moved up to 5 sets of 215 up from 145.

I was intaking about 2800 Calories/200g Protein/Daily, except these last couple weeks when my diet has gone to shit.

I have moved up in weight from 145-to about 153, probably still around 14% bodyfat. My proportions look the same. I'm around 5'10-5'11, 19. I literally haven't grown in height since the 8th-9th grade. I figure I'm done growing.

However, I haven't seen any noticeable effects aesthetically. Also, I haven't been able to move up in my bench, or squat since then. I just wanted to know what to do now, my reason for buying gear. I see that wasn't the way to go, but could anyone help me figure out what to do now? With my diet? With my workout?


well thats a too low. i do chest dumbell fly's about7-9 reps 10sets laying flat on bench then, low barbellincline 8rep 6set then hight incline barbell 8rep6set usaly ill still to more till i get to30-40min just chest. abs i try to go for 70-100 crunches or leg lifts a few times a week eg 20crunches take a breath for a few sec then another 20 till u get to 100.
bicept and tricept should be like 8-11 sets of 7-9rep each u got to work it hard do bicept and tricept for 30-40min. if u do wut u have posted up there it probibly only takes u like 5min for both thats not gonna make u grow. and remember when u do 10 or 8 reps u dont do it because that wut u aro told to do nooo this is a big prob u do it cuz thats alll u can do if u can do 15 or20rep if u forced yourself to then u need to add pounds on so u cant do more then 10 rep even if u wanted. i cant say anything bout deadlift or sqwats i dont do them my legs lucky are huge and my back is fucked from a car accedent so im lucky. welll lucky i dont need to do them....yet

Go to the training forum, check needsize 5x5 program, go to the diet forum, check the bulking primer......eat, train, sleep, grow

And let me just echo what some of the mods and vets have said, no steroids for you at this time, in fact sell what you have back to whoever you bought them from for a little less and pick up some PureCee from anafit and protein.
