Alternatives to Prednisone?

I have been given Prednisone, a corticoid steroid to reduce swelling in my lungs since I have asthma and for the last 6 weeks, bronchitis.

Problem is, Prednisone actually eats muscle and causes fat and water weight gain much like cortisol. Does anyone here know if anabolics of any kind can also reduce inflammation? Because I do not want to go back on Prednisone. Basically Prednisone is the exact opposite of Dbol.

I know it is a shot in the dark here, hoping someone here has knowledge of this shit.

Scroll down to the bottom section that says steroids. There's no actual anabolics, but they have prednisone and may have something similar that isn't as bad. I can't help any more then that though.

thanks. I have dropped 20 pounds in the last 6 weeks. And I cannot get on juice to regain what I lost until I am feeling better.

Sorry bro but I believe that most if not all anabolics work by reducing cortisol. This by itself is a good enough reason for you not to take any untill you are better.
