I am currently 6'4 207lbs with very little body fat. I am trying to bulk to atleast 230. I am currently stacking test enathate deca both made by univet. And also taking british dragon winnie v tabs. I'm eating about 2-3 lbs of meat a day and about 15 hard boilded eggs. with a few large yams. An estimated 150 grams of protein between my shakes and protein bars. And plenty of vitamins and animal pack. what changes do i need to make??? am i doing it right??? I work 10 hours a day 5 days a week so it is hard to get more meals in. I lift heavy weight 5 days a week. Thank you all for your help!
