hey fellas, wonder if anyone knows for sure or can at least speak out of opinion. Is it a waste to run creatine and/or glutamine while on cycle? Or would it just make more sense to use these supps off cycle and give ur body a break from them while using AAS, which obviously are stronger anyway. I do take breaks from creatine, about every 4 or 5 moths I'll take 30 days off. Either way, any feedback would be appreciated.
 
certainly not waste. Glutamine and bcaa's are building blocks and are great for keeping metabolism in anabolic phase. They also stimulate insulin release from pancrease which is highly anabolic
