It FELT sooo good to take off all the bad weight. I have a new appreciation for the sport. Before I was very amature about the way I aproched the gym. Bad diet, random workouts.. I'v been really reaserching over the last year and iv learned so much.
every time i start a cycle i grab a calander and I pre plan out my shots so I can calculate what time of day im taking them how many hours between each shot. How many mg I'm getting a week, what kind of gear im using for what part of my cycle. What kind of diet I need to keep to make sure the gear isn't going to waste.
I'd have to say I might not be the biggest guy in the gym but im sure stronger then he is.

I want to keep my weight under 220 for fight training reason.
I just want to RIP the fuck out of my body over the next 60 days. Anyone have any advice on how to lean down with out losing to much muscle weight.?
Im taking 300 mgs of tren-enthate a week. I herd it helps fight catabolisum plus its a good mix with the winny... and prop im taking..
What's a good balance for cardio/weight?
