Thanks for the advice! I,m not a expert. I just know what has worked for me. I don,t care about big like I used to when i was 25 I want lean size. That is what the cycle gave me. And yes everything still works. What would you suggest for a summer cycle?
Ok man, I'm not an expert either BUT...
What makes you think test is going to make you "big". It can help you get big and it can also help you get lean.
Here's what you should do....for the lean look.
1. 10 weeks of Test Propionate 100mg EOD...that will give you an average of 350mg per week...a very moderate dose therefore bloat and getting "big" is minimized.
2. Use an A.I. entire cycle through PCT
Arimidex .5 EOD or Aromasin 12.5mg ED
Aromasin throughout post cycle therapy (pct). This will help with the bloat and other estrogen related side effects.
3. HCG 500ius per week split into two injections plus 10 day blast phase at 500iu per day up until 4 days before you start your serms (clomid or clomid and nolvadex)
4. DIET. Low carb, no carb...whatever. That will get you lean...If you need help..check out the diet forum..
5. Cardio...needs no explanation
6. Don't lift to get "big"....lift with very little rest...keep the heart rate up...superset etc. do kettlebell routines, box jumps, pull ups, push ups, core abs...again little to no rest...circuit. Cut out the 2 hour chest workout.
This is what is needed to get muscular and lean...the gear is a small piece of the pie.
