Anavar help needed

I was thinking of going on using Anavar and creatine to help me break out of a trining plateau. I've been training for 3 years now and my diet is good but still i'm only 138lbs at 5'6".

I want to go on anavar becuase it does not not stunt growth or or cause some of the other side effects of AS. Any help you guys can give me would be great.

I read in a book that Anavar comes in a box of two 15 pill strips and the bottled brandes are counterfiet, but i read that alot of people on the board by it in bottles?

Also how much does it go for becuase some of the prices i've got are 80 euros for 30 5mg tabs. But that means just one cycle would cost in the region of 700 euros. Is this the normal price?

I appreciate all the help you guys can offer and sorry if some of the questions sound stupid but just read some contradicting information anfd wanna be really sure before i venture into it.

IMO you should still wait a few years before using even anavar... your body is growing now and will continue to grow probably up until about 22 or 23.. then consider a cycle.. in the mean time.. EAT, EAT EAT....

I respect your opinion Fantom. I know teens my age already have high levels of testosterone and AS can stunt growth and have other side effects. But what would be the effects of Anavar on someone my age?

thanks

In your opinion why would you say it was a bad idea for me to take it if it doesn't give me bad side effects?

Just take creatine and eat a lot. You have been lifting for 3 years, you should weight more. I gained 20 pounds the first month I started training properly

Solid advice by Rude, take his advice first Badruz.........once you have trained hard for some time and added quite amount of lbm to your frame then look into AS bro.

Safe guys, obviously you guys think it's a bad idea so i'll stick at it. Just got dishartened and wanted something to help me out. But i'm going to carry on the natural route.

Thanks

when you say you are training hard are you doing the heavy basics8-10 sets for large body parts, squat, bench, free weights plenty of rest thats how you grow not from doing 25 sets of bicep isolation exercises like i see some idiots do.

no my training split was

3 movements for each and 4 sets per movement

Monday: Chest an tri's
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back and traps
Friday: Shoulders and bi's
Saturday and Sunday off

I trained hard and had no other option the guy I trained with was in 280lbs and had been training for years. But my downfall was my diet didn't get enough protien or meals throughout the day and had the majority of my calories after training which was like 8:30, meaning i just ended up putting on lots of fat.

But i've got my diet sorted now for around 3000 calories so i'll see how it goes.

I know what you mean by not getting enough protein bro! That is a huge role in this process. But it is very important to intake the protein. When I started forcing myself to eat more, I just absolutely blew up! It'll come dude.

take a look at the training section, do deads, squats, heavy presses, close grip benches, barbell curls. Eat a shitload, and rest, don't party like most 19 year olds, and you will grow. Most people don't learn to train properly until they have been training for years, thats just how it is. Do some low rep stuff, get yourself strong, don't necessarily follow the programs you read in flex, i never thought kids should be doing these bodybuilding splits.

Well said jcp2. I honestly believe that I really and truly learned how to lift when I was about 21. Late bloomer!

Cheers for the encouragment and advice guys, I'm just going to hit my food big time and see how it goes. I should be more concerened about getting my diet right. Just that i see other teeens using gear and getting huge while i'm left behind. But you know the story of the tortuise and the hare, so i'll persevere through.

Don't get caught up with counting calories and grams of this and that, unless you are fat. Just make sure you get a constant supply of whole foods throughout the day and you will be good, if you feel you are getting a little soft cut back a little, if you feel you are not growing enough step it up. Don't get finatical about cals, at your age your training is the most important factor, and make sure you get proper postworkout nutrition.

jcp2 you said if i wasn't growing enough i should step it up more. So much do you reckon i should be putting on a week?
