here's the vid of the big guy in our gym. He sweats a lot...and by a lot, I do mean bucket load. After his workout in the rack, I was literally stepping on pond of sweats..x.x he didn't even bother wiping his sweat off the bar ..........gah!!

PS: I really don't know what happened to him. Back then..like last year, he was doing ass-to-grass squats with THAT same amount of plates. I didn't bother to ask him though.

the movie was cut due to bucket's 5-6 minutes limit. this vid was actually 10 mins long and had my dad posing and me doing other band workouts and some posing. will edit it and post it some other time
