Very deep with the squats. Honestly I can't go that low...legs won't let me. I have incorporated hip exercises in the hopes of some flexibility. Don't get me wrong...I go below parallel but you were sitting on your heals. Good job...keep up the good work.

the reason why i was interrupted is because the trainer stopped me from dropping the load on the floor hard and told me to use the rubber thingie as seen in the 250x2 scene. so there.
