Very deep with the squats. Honestly I can't go that low...legs won't let me. I have incorporated hip exercises in the hopes of some flexibility. Don't get me wrong...I go below parallel but you were sitting on your heals. Good job...keep up the good work.
 
yo manowar..nice to see ya back on the board. yeah, it's a habitual mistake of mine when doing leg press. thanks for the advice

I wouldn't round my back, that happened once and I pinched me nerves.

and the rounding back only proves I still have a weak abs..must work on those hard..
 
Thats a cool machine, second to last one. I have something similar, it's a one legged hamstring curl.

Anyway... I didn't see any sumos in the vid?
