another 5x5 question

am only starting my 2nd week of the 5x5 training, it just doesn t seem to be as much of a workout as all of my previous routines, haven t been sore at all either,maybe i was overtraining before?
i do feel a decent pump after workout but not same as usual. is the normal? am i still benefiting from this in your opinion? any input would be appreciated thanx...
 
Well this is my first post so here goes. I tried the 5x5 on Tuesday and I am not as sore as I usally am. Latley I have been doing 3 sets of 225lbs. and it makes me sore but I am going to stick with 5x5 for a few weeks and see what happens.

Lot of great info on this site, I'm going to do some reading and I hope to start my first cycle in March.
