So I had been on a regular testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol with some additions from an anti-aging doc. My estrogen levels were always in the low 30s as far as I know. I began experiencing unexplained fatigue, like when getting up. If I didn't keep my SHBG low all the time, I would get sore nipples. Little did I know my body still was not liking whatever excess estrogen I had at all. My doc kept saying he doesn't believe in adding a drug if it's not needed, and according to my labs, I guess 30s was okay.
Long story short, I got my Maximus package in the mail with Arimidex included, and almost instantly I felt so much better. It wasn't from increasing my testosterone because I did not do that. This is just another example of biological individuality, something even anti-aging docs don't all practice.
For every estrogen, there must be two testosterones, one to negate that estrogen plus one to act in the body. Decreasing estrogen by 10 or so points can be the difference between you feeling like a slug or like an olympian. And considering that a high estrogen level will negate all the anti-diabetes and positive effects of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), it is very important you know what estrogen stress feels like. For me it was mainly unexplained fatigue and a slight loss in confidence. Now I feel like man.
