So you guys get a shit tonne of these threads so I figured I'd throw my hat in the ring for your advice..

I'm 28, 94kgs (206lbs) and kinda fat. I use to do a huge amount of cycling (bicycling) racing but have ballooned since stopping.

I'm not new to roids but it's been a good 4 years since I last did them. I was kinda stupid. I partied a lot, didn't train very much and basically wasted them. My go to was sus and deca 1iu or ml (can't remember) each per week. Plus tried winny, clen, anavar and deca all at different times.

Long story short, I'm now older and wiser. I'm eating right and training well. I'm looking to start from scratch again.

I'm looking to put on lean useable size as I'm getting into powerlifting/strongman training. Thinking test eth, deca and dbol for four weeks. Then drop dbol and continue with the other two for another 4 weeks. Then bring in a cutting phase like winny or anavar with the two injectables above. This will bring me in nicely for the Aussie summer.

Thoughts? Would most likely bring clen in too towards the end..
 
Just going to be devils advocate here, but you mention that you are kind don't of fat. Everyone will want to know what bf% you are right now. Also, I think 8 weeks is not long enough for decades and you mention power lifting, but then cutter up at the end? Maybe a more clear direction on your goals need to be made more clear. Last, but not least is you have no mention of pct. What are your plans on pct?
 
Honestly if it were me and I was in your shoes in your current situation, I would start again by doing a test only cycle as long as diet and training are in check. And bf% is not too high.
 
Bf% I think is around 13/14%. I will get a dexascan in the next week.

Looking at 12 week cycle to start mid September. I'm still trying to understand pct but as I understand, I'd need to start clomid 14 days after my last jab?

I say powerlifting but I'm not looking to become one of those big fat fuck power lifters. I want to get shredded for summer too lolol

13/14% BF is nowhere near 'kinda fat' I think you are severely underestimating your BF% (as most of the population tend to, whether it be through ignorance or denial).
 
i would have to agree with mbb.. someone who is 12ish usually can see some abs.. wouldn't call that kinda fat..

and in reference to your statement of having your diet on point.. do you mind posting it?? ive heard alot of people say that and come short when its actually posted

Maybe both? I've seen a nutritionist in the pays and he tested me at 16%, I don't think I'm as fat as back then.


Re 3J:
4 eggs, spinach and beans scrambled eggs

Handful of nuts/almonds

Usually a chicken salad of some sort

Protein shake and muesli bar

Preworkout shake and banana
Train

Dinner is usually a variation of meat and 3 vege
 
That doesn't look like anywhere near enough calories to me. I would be starving, but then again I'm 250lbs. I'm curious to see what 3J says, but I don't think you are eating anywhere near enough food.

Test and deca cycles are known as classic bulk cycles. Never associated with as cut cycles. Nobody runs deca for 8 weeks. Nobody runs a long ester test for 8 weeks either. There's a good reason for that and you should know it considering your "wiser" now. Trying to do a bulk and a cut in the same cycle is very difficult for a seasoned vet. I doubt u would have success trying to do that. Read the link provided and go from there.

Older and wiser for sure but no seasoned vet. Otherwise I wouldn't be here asking you guys. To which I highly appreciate the feedback.

So my issue is time. I guess I'm wanting to achieve too much in a small amount of time (before summer). Because looking good is the ultimate goal.

I'm an endomorph and am trying to drop fat. My heaviest was 260 lbs. Putting on weight is one thing I can do well. This amount of food is ok. Of course I could easily eat 3 times this.
