Any advice first cycle mainly to bulk up

Alrite guys well i'm new to all this including the forum and everything. so i had a few questions i am trying to start my first cycle mainly to bulk up i am currently weighing 150 lbs. at 5'10''. i have done some studying and research and well just wanted some advice on what you guys would recommend on doing for a first cycle. you guys can pm me for any thoughts or just simply post it here. thanks

For your first cycle I recommend...

1. LOTS OF FOOD
2. protein power
3. creatine
4. heavy weights
5. lots of sleep
 
Well first off get us stats ,age included years trainning , y your at 150 and how come you dont eat ? But yeah what ^ he said.. your 19 right ?

yea im 19 i did football in high school last time i worked out was like 4months ago and really want to start it up again. i really do eat it' sjust idk i tried protein for about 2 years straight and just gained bout 6lbs from it not at all that great.. i did some creatine, but that didn't work out for me either, and i tried hd-17 a while back that gave me results in about 2 months i gained 5 lbs. but i ran out and just couldn't get any anymore.. but overall i want to start training for weightlifting and just simply i'm trying to reach 180 lbs, by june of this year. hopefully it happens..... lol

Here's a quick story.

There was a time at the Old Westside gym where I couldn't gain weight to save my fucking life.

There was this dude who trained there who could just put on weight like fucking magic. He'd go from 198 to 308 and then to 275 and back down to 198. And he was never fat. It was amazing.

I finally asked him one day how he did it.

"You mean I never told you the secret to gaining weight? Come outside and I'll fill you in."

Now remember, we're at Westside Barbell. And this guy wants to go outside to talk so no one else can hear. Think about that for a minute. What the hell is he going to tell me? This must be some serious shit if we have to go outside, I thought.

So we get outside and he starts talking.

"For breakfast you need to eat four of those breakfast sandwiches from McDonalds. I don't care which ones you get, but make sure to get four. Order four hash browns, too. Now grab two packs of mayonnaise and put them on the hash browns and then slip them into the sandwiches. Squish that shit down and eat. That's your breakfast."

At this point I'm thinking this guy is nuts. But he's completely serious.

"For lunch you're gonna eat Chinese food. Now I don't want you eating that crappy stuff. You wanna get the stuff with MSG. None of that non-MSG bullshit. I don't care what you eat but you have to sit down and eat for at least 45 minutes straight. You can't let go of the fork. Eat until your eyes swell up and become slits and you start to look like the woman behind the counter."

"For dinner you're gonna order an extra-large pizza with everything on it. Literally everything. If you don't like sardines, don't put 'em on, but anything else that you like you have to load it on there. After you pay the delivery guy, I want you to take the pie to your coffee table, open that fucker up, and grab a bottle of oil. It can be olive oil, canola oil, whatever. Anything but motor oil. And I want you to pour that shit over the pie until half of the bottle is gone. Just soak the shit out of it."

"Now before you lay into it, I want you to sit on your couch and just stare at that fucker. I want you to understand that that pizza right there is keeping you from your goals."

This guy is in a zen-like state when he's talking about this.

"Now you're on the clock," he continues. "After 20 minutes your brain is going to tell you you're full. Don't listen to that shit. You have to try and eat as much of the pizza as you can before that 20-minute mark. Double up pieces if you have to. I'm telling you now, you're going to get three or four pieces in and you're gonna want to quit. You fucking can't quit. You have to sit on that couch until every piece is done.

And if you can't finish it, don't you ever come back to me and tell me you can't gain weight. 'Cause I'm gonna tell you that you don't give a fuck about getting bigger and you don't care how much you lift!"

Did I do it? Hell yeah. Started the next day and did it for two months. Went from 260 pounds to 297 pounds. And I didn't get much fatter. One of the hardest things I've ever done in my life, though.
 
thanks uruk hai it's not that i give up it's just that i find it impossible, but from waht i read i believe that i'm goin to have to keep that routine and keep eating and just stop being a bitch hahahaha thanks
 
would there be a reaspn on which i shouldn't take any gear at this age. besides i am still growing. i know that it i should stick to eating, protein and working out, but besides me being at this age. should i be able to take any cuz i was more looking into taking dbol and start at about 30 mg for 6 weeks, but i was wondering on your guy's advice what would you say.

Your bones are not done growing, even if you think they are done.

Oral only cycles aren't a good start.

Just wait a few more years, eat big, lift big, and you will be big.

some say 21 other will say 25 is the ok age to start cycling.

hey everyone first post here!

Test in every cycle is certainly better than oral only. Truth is most people won't jab themselves on the first cycle. ( for many reasons )

a 5 weeks dbol+light anti aromastase( to avoid water retention ) cycle works fine for most. Nolva on hand for gyno but not very efficient for water retention imho, avoid sodium and drink a big lot.

After a couple of cycles dbol only nearly stops working.

Gains are kept with pct, just do not hope for 25lbs ( that would be 60% water weight without Anti-aromastase anyway )

yes i have researched that but i was owndering is the only way you can get test by injetable or is there a way to obtain it orally i was thinkin more like a test booster or is there just simply oral test out there
 
sounds like your not that serious about it bro. if your gonna do it your gotta be willing to jab. test comes in injectable no oral compounds that work! either inject bro or this isnt your game!

i am willing to do it it's just like i said i was wondering, so if i were to start the cycle up with test how much should i take i was thinkin bout 500mg a week with 250 mg dosages. just a question for u there isn't there lots of different test out there
 
bro i honestly dont think you should do this cycle, but if i was you i wouldnt use the dbol cuse there is no need! bro wait eat train and then maybe in a few years do this cycle! i know its hard not to do it now but resist temptation and just work hard in the gym!
