Been hitting delts and quads... I get PIP pretty bad in delts but then again i am putting 3 cc in there.
Someone gave me a good tip on how to pin the quad by putting leg up and running hand from knee up and pinning at tip of where your pinky is. Works well for me..
Anyone have any good tips for delts or anywhere else?
