This is the biggest factor for you or anyone else when it comes to gains. For training I like a program like 5x5 for mass gain. Supps, I would just go with creatine, protein, and a multi vitamin right now. NTBM has a really good multi called Ruthless 3D and they're protein is the best tasting I've ever had.
