Any one delt with High blood pressure?

I know that it is common that if your use steriods your blood pressure is going to be high.....I went to the local pharmacy and did a test and it was 141\91....that is fucking high....anybody ever been in the same boat...any medications that I should look into....all i am running is 500mg test per week and 400 mg eq per week....and input would be great....

Ya..test will do it no doubt. Crestor 10mg or 20mg will help.

Take an Aromatase Inhibitor like Aromasin or AIFM.......those will reduce water retention and therefore BP.

If I use those machines , I usually try it like 3 times. the first time is always a little off. Especially if you were walking awhile before you sat down. But stonecold is on the money...he told me to try the samething awhile back and Aromasin definitely works!

haha I remember going to the doctors and the nurse taking my blood pressure 3 times cuz she swore it wasnt right. That was some good ass home brew prop, lmao.

Yea bro i checked my blood pressure the other day at walmart and it was 147/68 or something like that. Could have been also becasue I was speed walking around walmart shopping as well. Trust me, tren will make you energetic!

Your resting BP is probably much better than what you're seeing. Keep monitoring it (everyone that cycles should) and if you have a few minutes to sit at the BP machine and THEN press start, then do so.

If your arm is too big, a normal sized cuff can give a high reading. Mine is always high at the pharmacy and the Dr, because I get anxious. At home I take it myself(or have my wife do it) with a sphygmomanometer (cuff) and a stethoscope and I'm normal.

And just to let you all know, I am a nurse (yes a male one) and your BP was a little elevated but only border line there was nothing serious my any means. 150/95 for repeated tests is usueally when a doc looks at a prescription but your in no way about to have a stroke...

checked mine twice today, it was 149/93. no stroke yet, feel greeattttt!!!!
