Any potential way to get rid of loose skin. NEED HELP!!

you have to lean out quite a bit more yet... when you say you've been dieting, what does that consist of? for example have you tried to keep carbs below 100gram everyday for a few months (combined with 300+grams of protein)?

drink 6-8 liters of water

try that along with 30min cardio 5 days per week after training...

do this for 6 months, then see where you are at

That exactly what I did. I did maybe 50 carbs a day with at least 230g of protein per day and 40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week with weight training. Then I tried carb cycling after I plateaued and then I tried no carb and that got me nowhere. I did this for 6 months and it worked great for about 2 months and then the last. 4 it got me nowhere.

I diet on point. My loose skin makes me look fatter than I am. I don't think you guys fully understand unless you experience it. I understand I have fat. That's what I was trying to do. But it quit working with every inch of will power and energy I had in me. It worked great for awhile and then my body adapted and it didn't work after awhile just like with anything a workout, a diet, anything. So my thought process was to bulk again and cut so maybe the cutting will work effectively again. I've made strides to look this good and lost 140 lbs. Its hard being compared to people on here who were athletic from a very early age when I had to start way behind the starting line from
MANY people here. I will never look like many of the people on here. I think I know what dedication and diet is, but this was simply not working. I wouldn't have made it this far if I didn't know what dieting was. I'm not looking for opinions or critiquing. Help me out guys. I'm very self conscious which is why I sought help on here. I'm looking for advice on how to get better from here. I want to be where you guys are. This is my dream to look good.

Have you had any blood work done recently? There could be an underlying issue preventing your fatloss - low T, hypothyroidism, liver problems, adrenal issues.

Stop fucking bitching. You HAVE fat on you. We KNOW the difference between fat and skin sag. What the fuck do you know about where people started and what they know? You are not getting opinions or criticizing. You are getting straight FACTS on fat loss, so take it and shut up. Count your fucking calories. Period. With a mindset like that, you are not going anywhere. The fact that you keep acting like what we are telling you will not work is annoying me.

THIS is what excess skin looks like. This kid was fucking FAT all his life. He's been dieting and exercising all year and it shows. You know why he looks better than you? Because you are carrying more FAT, not excess skin. You aren't losing fat because you aren't counting calories. Count your calories and keep track of your weight loss. If it stalls, lower calories further or increase activity. This works for EVERYONE.

how long have u been dieting for?, also too, if u have been dieting on a low carb diet for quite sometime without no carb up day once a week, u might want to consider blood work due to dieting for a long period of time, when dieting if not done properly it will eventually effect your thyroid bro, why one reason a carb up day or incorporaiting a cheat meal once a week is cruitical if on a low carb diet to upregulate alot of things incl your thyroid!
solid advise has been givin here, if u dont want to be under the knife so be it, now that loose skin didnt just happen over night, it was from previously not watching what u were eating gaining an excessive amount of weight/fat, now your skin has stretched, so in order to fill that void u either do it the easy way of going under the knife or put on some lbm, meaning a recomp at maintenance cals or cycle your carbs, look into 3j as well if u dont have a clue what i am talking about carb cycling or recomp, congrats on the fat loss brother, now its time to fill that shit in, but yes like others have stated u still have some fat to loose but i bet u came along way, just take it as is, there is some solid advice on here to follow

Bravo Matt, i never thought i would hear you talking like that. You used to be on dat bro science flow. Good shit.

maybe my brain is actually functioning better or just actually feeling better lol after dieting for sometime, doing a recomp myself so feel so much better with some much needed carbs to fill out some, was looking so depleted for quite sometime :)

as for the op. loose skin does happen, maybe not as much as what u have bro, but myself i have alittle bit after my cut but nothing like some lbm wont fill in bro, takes time man, bulking back up and putting on some more fat in the process isnt going to help your cause, RECOMP bro, like stated, start to weigh your food, count those cals is a must properly dieting, dieting unfortunantly is the last piece of the puzzle people need to figure out

Same here, i feel much better when i'm lean. Clearer thinking, more energy, etc. Carbs are amazing man. You really need em for optimal performance. Congrats on your cut too, awesome work.

How do you know where I came from? Why are you such an asshole? Fucking doesn't have to be every other word to make a point. I did the low calorie thing when I lost all my weight in the first place and I lost all muscle tone. I'd kinda like to keep most of my cycle gains. Why do you think that looks good? He looks like an 80 year old man. He just looks gross.... kinda looks like that after I lost my weight, which is why I'm trying to stay away from looking like that. I wanted to know something about saggy skin not fat loss.

but then again hester, true men post there pictures or atleast show there pic in there avi, the ones that knock are the ones that are insecure about there own physique!

You can ask around here, i'm no asshole. He looks better than you do with your sagging tits. Lose the fat, count your calories. If you lost all your muscle tone; A. You didn't get enough protein B. You ate way too little calories C.You had very little muscle mass to begin with. You probably fall into all three categories. He has very little muscle mass, but so do you. You're just carrying extra lard and you think it's muscle. You're carrying extra fat and you think it's skin.

I can never understand why people would rather keep flabby skin than risk losing muscle in order to lose the flabby skin. You can ALWAYS get the muscle back!

... And you don't consider yourself and asshole? Funny. But hey, it's probably for good reasons. Judging from your profile and the amount of time you spend trolling around here if say you don't have a life or any real friends outside of this website. Couldn't imagine why tho. If you act mad about it then I probably rest my case.
