Any tips for bad muscle cramps

I've been getting bad muscle cramps for the past week or so and was wondering if anyone had any advice. For some background I'm about 4 weeks into a cycle running test e ~300mg/ wk, deca 500mg/wk, tren e 600mg/wk. I'll burn through between 1-1.5 gallons of water a day with a couple Gatorade G2. Also, just threw in adex at .25mg e4d. I'm thinking maybe that could be the culprit. Either way, was wondering if anybody had any tips on ways to keep the cramps away. I feel like I just hopped on a winny cycle and its getting worse every day. This is probably my 8th cycle and I've never encountered problems like this except when I tried to run winny. Thanks in advance brothers

I bet your E2 is way up there. Give the AI some time to get it under control.
That adex dose may or may not be enough. I'd front load the adex dose a little and take a bit more.
Throw in some supplements: taurine, potassium, magnesium.

Oh and be careful with the potassium. Bodybuilders have died from taking too much so don't go above the recommended dose

Alright thanks guys. Do you think running the adex at 1, .75, .5, .25 over two weeks would be sufficient or maybe just run at a solid 1 for 3 doses then step down. I usually run serms and stay away from AI's so I don't want to go overboard due to inexperience with this stuff.

There's your problem.

Try taking .25mg of adex EOD. Get blood work in about 3 weeks and adjust the adex dosage as indicated by your blood work.

Yeah, I get bad cramps too. Ab cramps are the worst! Not from high E2 either. They come on and off cycle.
What has helped me is staying hydrated. Not much else has worked for me and I have tried.
I hope you have better success.

i think this is more of a diet issue than a cycle issue.. yes your cycle does cause cramps.. but that's because youre not feeding your body right

Magnesium is often overlooked, yet just as important as the other electrolytes. Taurine as mentioned will usually help if it's pump-related too.

Of course 3J has one hell of a valid point as well. ;)

Where are you getting the cramps and do you have them all the time or is it during excertion? It could be that you have edema. You can tell by pushing your finger into the skin where you have the cramp. If the indentation stays there longer than normal that is a sign of edema. High estradiol can cause the edema.

Just don't take magnesium oxide unless you want to have massive diarrhea about an hour later. Don't get suckered into buying the cheap magnesium.

It's out of my area of experience, but running deca AND tren with uncontrolled E2, prolactin could become an issue, no? Would the OP be wise to have a DA on hand?

M1T gave me horrible cramps, worst ever (each time I have used it). Wont touch that stuff anymore, even though I swear it beats the pants off any other oral for putting on muscle (per mg basis)

there should be a balance of potassium and magnesium in your body.. i myself take 400mg magnesium with 900mg potassium a day.. not only does it balance your body but it reduces bp

Will have to try this at that ratio. Thanks 3J

just make sure youre not taking a pde with it.. it will give you the worst headache.. magnesium vasodialates

Man, that stuff was insane!!! Horrible sides effects though, including the mentioned cramps.
