First of all, this new site layout sucks! It seems really hard on the eyes in my opinion as all the wordings are bunched up too tightly.

Anyway, I jus' want to hear some feedback from some personal use/success stories.

-Thanks!

Not a big fan of the creams...cannot really calculate the amount your body is absorbing...if your going to go perscription avenue...my opinion is injectable test.

I wasn't referring to testosterone creams but DHT creams. I am on Testosterone Cypionate shots and an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). My total testosterone, free testosterone and estradiol are within range now on this protocol but I have felt no difference in libido, energy, etc. On a recent lab report my DHT came in at 20 (Range: 30-85) and I started studying DHT's role in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Seems to me that DHT is crucial.

I was just looking at my lab reports for the last year, and I don't see where DHT was ever measured. Is it by chance listed by some other name? If you try the cream, definitely let us know if it helps!

Low DHT

I too, have felt no difference in libido, energy, etc. since starting Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) 7 months ago. If I try real hard, I think I might have a little bit less brain fog, but that is it so far. I am 47 and up until around age 40 I had a huge libido and definite male pattern baldness, so I am confident that I had plenty of DHT up until then. (My first blood test when I started Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) showed low DHT as well) Since then the male pattern baldness has stopped as has my libido. That, and the extra Test without DHT seems to be no help to me in the gym, either. Can't get any stronger or loose any weight. Also, just to be clear - I work out 6 days a week and eat clean at least 6 days a week. 3 alternate days weights and 3 days cardio. I just started HGH a week and a half ago...and I know that is not supposed to be someting you can feel for at least a month, so I have some time to go yet. I have my fingers crossed.

Like I said, DHT is often overlooked, unless it's spelled out - Dihydotestosterone. You have to ask for it to be tested. Good Luck!

Hmm, it's very interested that DHT is not looked into further. In the initial stages of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), back in the day, E2 was overlooked and now that's all that anyone talks about! Our stories sound pretty similar, I had a great libido before, I have some male pattern baldness and with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I have found no relief in symptoms that are noticeable. Also, like you, I am not losing any weight or gaining any muscle/strength. What were your DHT levels?

Increase My T: Can you comment on your creams? What does the "A" stand for in DHT-A? Thanks!

Sorry it took me so long to get to this thread. We don't have a DHT cream that I am aware of. I am not sure DHT would be the problem. If it is many guys I have managed in the past have noticed an increase in libido and DHT conversion by supplementing Testim cream.

I have a guy that is on an injectable program who builds his baseline with injectables and uses small amounts of Testim on top of that to increase libido.

It is not just him that I am referring to, if you look around you will see other users that have reported the same benefits.

I don't know if DHT is an FDA approved drug, thats probably why we do not offer it in our programs.

Some testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patients find it very useful to monitor there DHEA levels. The DHEA / Pregnenolone transdermal cream is also useful to some. Not everyone notices the effect, some say it gives them a small energy boost.

The ideal purpose for this preparation is to stop testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) from interrupting hormonal imbalances in the pathways that can be negatively affected by TRT.

I would look in to supplementing the Testim with your protocol or a combination of all 3 mentioned.

Hope this helps!!!
