Top things for me have been sex right before sleep, no computer/screen within an hour of bed time, ketotifen or benadryl...and prami knocks me the FUCK out. 0.5mg and forget doing anything productive for the next 12-18 hours. 0.1-0.2mg and I'm out like a light for a few hours, and not fully functional until 12hrs later.
Books help but I haven't gotten into a good one lately.
