Anyone here get a pardon?

I'm confused here as well. Did you do something here in the US so you had to move back to Canada? Or will they not let you in US because you did something in Canada?

Do I look like a terrorist??
lol.

No, but with those eyes I can definitely tell you have been taking advantage of Canada's legal pot supply

Just go for a pardon..that way your shit is sealed. A waiver is a waste of time, you can still get rejected..the rejection wont look good at all......so apply sit and wait and be a good little boy. @ landscape if i went to the u.s and kicked the shit outta somebody id be forced to come back here too.

My suggestion for a Waiver was if he did not yet qualify for a pardon, but still needed to get into the States relatively soon. I had to take this route due to career obligations.

On that note: qualification for a pardon requires a 3-5 year good grace period following all legal conditions being met. Serious personal injury offences or a sexual offences can require up to 10 years of good standing prior to qualification. Once you start the process, you are looking at 1.5 years minimum before you receive your pardon.

I definitely do agree though, if you do qualify, get it sealed and ignore the Waiver.
