I might not know anything about operating an online TRT service but I DO know something about running a business in general...
You do NOT, no matter how bad the review, call any customers a "douche" and expect to walk away with no negative implications towards your business - especially when its on a PUBLIC platform where everyone can see.
I thought this was common sense but apparently not.
I agree!!!! I think Brian's posts were actually pretty respectful. He was just unhappy with the lack of communication he perceived. No big deal in the grand scheme of things. Todd made things right with him. But rather than parting ways amicably you stooped to name calling.
So I may not work in the TRT field, but I do have a pretty good idea of how to run a multi-billion dollar business and keep one's customers happy. We wouldn't tolerate any of our employees or agents calling one of our customers a "douche" -- especially in public. I am not presuming to tell IMT how to manage its business -- just saying how Fortune 500 Corps I have worked for run theirs.
