Anyone run Adex at 1 mg daily?

Just curious to see if anyone runs adex this high. My last 2 cycles I ended up taking 1 mg daily. Test was 750 mg and 500 mg respectively during last 2 cycles. Nipples got sensitive, so I increased the dose from 0.5 to 1mg daily. Had bloods checked near the end of last 2 cycles and E2 was 40 both times. Not too bad, I thought.

What does everyone shoot for as far as E2 levels. I thought I recalled a male reference range for E2 of 20-30?

I did. Didn't work very well for me so I ended up switching to Aromasin 25mg/ED.

Is your Adex from the pharmacy? Is it from a research company? If it's from a research company or from UGL , it may simply be under dosed. I am not saying that it is but it is an option to consider.

I did on my last cycle. I was cycling at over 20% bodyfat, so it took more to control my estrogen. After 3 weeks of 500mg/week test cypionate and 1 mg arimidex a day, my testosterone was at 2508, and my E2 was 14.7 and I felt great.

That would rule out under dosed product. Your E2 being at 40 is a good number so you are managing that just fine. Do you know what you're E2 is normally, just for reference? Also what else are you putting into your body besides test and an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). For example HCG can elevate E2 within the testes that can't be controlled with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) thus requiring a higher dose of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to control overall E2.

I run at .5 Ed and the nipple sensitivity I had is gone. Still have some water retention. I have a bodyfat of <20%.

Between 20 and 25 is great for me on a sensitive scale. 1mg is considerably outrageous. Arimidex is a "Same day Service" drug so it takes no time to get serum levels up, unlike aromasin. Once you administer, it works immediately.
