anyone start juicing lighter than 150lbs ?

I was 33 years old. My body weight was around 190lbs at about 15% body fat. I had been lifting for 7 years. I did a lot of research on gear and had some help from a friend who juiced. When the time came to administer my first injection, I knew the procedure like the back of my hand. I am glad I started after thirty and not when I was younger and the body was still growing plus I feel you need to be in the gym and learn how to train for a few years before taking that step. Nutrition is everything in bodybuilding. I feel that guys who jump up 70lbs + over a period of time ARE eventually gonna crash back down. Thats why I would take it to the limit naturally first. I have kept around 15lbs after two cycles and have just started my third cycle. I feel that its much easier to hold onto 15 or 20lbs long term than it will be to hold onto 70 or 80.

Thats how i did things. I was 135lbs at age 16.

Jesus! I was 325lbs at age 16! LOL! But I agree bro, nutrition is key, but he still needs to do some lifting. Obviously if he's doing high reps and countless sets then he needs to change his program. Maybe powerlifting. Either way, IMO if he stops lifting, he'll get lazy. Once you have the bug it's best to feed the need....know what I mean?

hey bros, I started this thread in january kinda forgot about it, was looking through the posts Ive done and came across it. I was just curious about abbyripper and trendkills cycles.

Oh I started my first cycle in March and gained 18lbs, just finished my second and gained 16 with low doses. I dropped from 136lbs to 123lbs due to a shit diet and no training then said fuck it and jumped on a cycle after debating it and researching for a yr and a half. Still a skinny mofo @ 150lbs lol but I aim to be 200lbs with a sub 10%bf within 2yrs.

Do I regret it ? well I wish I had at least got back up to my previous best weight which would have been easy due to muscle memory but Ive done it now and I dont regret it. Still feel skinny and I am skinny and Im sure Ill still feel small at 200lbs but hey thats part of the game lol

Wish me luck brothers!

5'10" 175 and 18 years old when i did my first cycle, put on 25 lbs in 6 weeks, now i am a little more than 200.

I think if you're 5'9 135 lbs u need to get your diet in check, doing a cycle woul be a waste of time if your that weight ur abviously not eating nearly enough.
Do u guys think u should reach your gentic potential before starting a cycle ?

Why are you bumping all of these threads from 2004?

When members search specific "key words" all threads containing those words come up, even old threads.. We want new threads created but is ok to post on old threads, specially newbs.

It seems that '04 threads are the rage lately.

I was 5'5" at 170 and gained 10 solid pounds, but that was 20+ years ago. I hover around a natty 185 now.
