You know i used to sell boxing gear and it always made me laugh how people would rather have a shitty model because it looks better, not the better ones because there too black

To be complete honest, for people i have trained with knee wraps has given them more weigth but made the knees hurt more, i myself am like that also!
What made a HUGE difference for me was BOX SQUATS, because with them i can always get the technique spot on. IE. sit back, not down like most people do when they squat, that way my shins stay at a 90degree angle, and the weigth instead of bein on my knees will be on the targeted muscles.
Another trick i picked up which i like is from DC´s forum. That is, i wear(dunno what the rigth word is) but like black socks around my knees and but some menthol rub on them so they stay nice and warm.
So my 2cents would be not to use them unless your gonna be competing PL. Just use the money and get a new hip Affliction t shirt
