Anyone with injectable Vitamine b12 experience

Beast m0de never sleeps
Just got a 30ml vial of b12 from RUI 1000mcg/ml, and wondering if there's a specific dose to take it, I read online that there is no limit to consuming b12 but then somewhere else people say not to take too much, wondering if anyone has experience with b12 that can maybe point me in the right direction, says its good for tissue growth, increases: appetite, energy, red blood cells which makes you stronger.

any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks!

Vitamin b12 is good stuff when you body needs it. I had a script from a doctor, i took 1ml a week, for a few months. It did help with my appetite, gave me a little bit more energy and well being. At one point i did up the dose to 2ml a week, but i noticed it made my skin oily and i broke out, whether it was the cause of that or not, i lowered the dosage and it fixed it right up. Awesome vitamin to use, when used right.

Here is a good article to look into:
