Arm pain

Everytime I BB curl or Preacher curl I'm getting a sharp pain on the pinky finger side of my lower arm. It feels like the bone is going to snap. Anyone know what this is and how I could eliminate it??
 
Seriously, take a break. I had the exact problem. It was tendenitis, and for that I strongly recommend RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation). Believe me, it may suck to take time off until it feels better, but it will be well worth it. Push beyond the pain, and you will prolong the healing time. When I took off time, about 2-3 weeks did it for me. Tendons are bitches to heal. In the meantime, just train legs and abs.
 
I had same problem last year.Use some Rheumon(ethofenamate) gel.
 
Oh yeah, I have had this. You need to lay off the BB curls and do dumbell preachers instead of ez/bar preachers. This will take some time to heal.
 
When I had my tendenitis I took horsetail, which seemed to help a bit. It's a very for helping repair any damaged connective tissue, ligaments, etc. Also, USP LABS Super Cissus Rx literally worked wonders for me during the late stages of my recovery.
