train harder

if a person is genetically made to not be a fast runner. no matter how hard he trains, his buddy who has the genetic advantage and works half as hard as him will always be better. now give that genetically disadvantaged person some performance enhancers and it will even out the playing field, to an extent.

dont assume you know every aspect of what this individual is going thru. he may eat as much as you and train as hard as you but will depend on the drugs to even out the playing field. take into consideration when it comes to the human body and working out imagine a scale of 1-10. 10 being your jay cutlers and 5 being your average person who can workout steadily and naturally and gain. you'll always have some individuals who are at the 1/2 end of the spectrum. little fibers, poor muscle bellies, small clavicles and the list goes on.

Yeah I know what you mean with good gains from smashing heaps of what ever food but I've been training about as long as you but my best gains have been this year I've been dieting all year.. A binge here and there when I'm bulking but you gotta eat shitloads of clean food.. If bulking is what your after.. Smash lean meats, brown rice oats, green veg, egg whites.. When I was bulking January I was eating every 2 hours...

Rough diet for bulking:
Meal1: 8 egg whites 1 whole egg
2 bits of whole meal/ grain toast with peanut butter
Coffee.. No sugar
Meal2: 2 chicken breasts 2 cups of brown rice 1 cup of beans
Meal3: same as meal 3
Meal4: same as meal 3
Meal5: Preworkout supplements, whey protein with 1 cup of oats, BCAA
Meal6: post workout.. Whey protein with 1 cup of oats
Meal7: 500g steak or chicken or tuna, 2cups of beans
Meal8: before bed.. Casein shake

Mate if you stick this out you'll slam it on... If you start getting fat back the brown rice to 1 cup not 2 and oats half cup..

Are you being serious? That isnt even my cutting diet... Needs to double that if not more...

i didn't do the exact math but it's over 4000 calories. unless this guy is already 200 plus pounds that's plenty to gain on. more isn't always better. you can gain 10 pounds in a couple weeks.... but you aint gaining ten pounds of muscle ina couple weeks. not to mention that diet is pretty clean. boring, but clean

I think its training mentality people just dont know how to train I think you have it or you dont

It's genetics.
I added 23kgs naturally.
You know nothing.
My 15" arms look quite good on my frame.
I am only 5'8 I don't have skinny arms just curios as to why they don't grow.
I have 16" calves for instance.
