Aromasin/arimidex use in PCT

So recently i've begun coming across two camps of people. the first insists that any sort of AI during PCT is unneccesary and can delay recovery time. The other claims that without an AI and with the inclusion of HCG, aromatase levels will climb too high, and also delay recovery.
Is there any research to support either side? I havent been able to find any, and it seems to be just speculation on both sides. However, im hoping/assuming someone here is more knowledgeable, and can shed some light on the topic. Thanks!

Well running gear with no AI can lead to high BP, enlarged prostate, gyno, bloating etc. With high BP your face turns red and you have a constant headache. You look like shit and feel like shit. This is provided your dose of AAS is enough to drive up your estrogen. If I was able to run a cycle and not get high E and my E levels were normal throughout then I wouldnt take an AI. But it looks like Im not that lucky.
If you run HCG then your E can go up more. Chances are you will need and want the AI.

The camp that says no AI on cycle is old school guys that like to bulk and get "big" and puffy and hold lots of water.. It makes them feel good mentally thinking they are gaining quality size.

Guys that run an AI on cycle and want to build quality muscle and not just puff up with water are a little bit smarter then those other guys :)

There is more to it than hindering recovery or even bloat, there are the health issues to consider. Elevated e2 is extremely unhealthy. In fact symptoms like gyno are made to be the wworst effects when in fact the truth is far from that. There are far worse cardiac and prostate effects with elevated e2 (even just for a few months) that make gyno look like a walk in the park.
There is a prudent middle ground and that is managing your e2 on cycle to get the benefits of e2 without the adverse and somewhat dangerous sides. This method makes a ton of sense to me.
