Aromasin dosing help please

I'm on my 5th week of 500mg of test. I got blood work done and me estradiol is at 100.9 (range 7.6-42.6) how should I dose my aromasin to get my estradiol back down currently I'm not taking it at all and they're 25mg pills. Thanks

Well 25 mg capsules limit your starting low but you could pour it out and cut it into piles and lick half of one or 12.5 eod; then ed. Going up every 10 days.

If this does not do it go with 25 mg ed. To increase to 37.5 a day see above , but I bet that 25 ed will suffice.

Take half a pill (12.5mg) ED then adjust if needed.... not sure why you waited to dose aromasin, it should have been started beginning of your 3rd week. Assuming your on Test E/C.

25 is the minimum I would use daily, at any testosterone dose in excess of 200 mg. Aromasin is good but weak.

And very expensive , which makes aramidex a better option FOR ME.

we are all differant and aromatization veries from from person to person. I ve never needed more than 25 a day. Of course the amount a person is willing to put up with factors into this as well.

How about 50mg ED? I started my cycle with 25 ED but i got blood work mid cycle and saw E2 @ 120. Now i doubled the dosage.

100mg Test Prop ED
100mg NPP ED
100mg masteron prop ED

For common cycles, 50 is no different than 25 mg. You would merely arrive at impactful serum levels faster.

Are you experiencing sides that you are attributing to high e2 ?

Or playing it safe by keeping it in range. ? If your test is 1-5k or more..I mean...

My e2 stays high...but I have no libido issues, cholesterol under 175. No bad mood swings, my joints are as lubed as I can expect at 50 in winter, acceptable water retention for my goals....just asking.

Well my test level said >1500 so I don't have an exact amount. My libido has been fine. The only sides that I might attribute to the high e2 is some nipple puffiness and slight itchiness and maybe alittle water retention. So I was thinking if I got it in range I'd be better off

12.5mg every day till under control then drop to every other day.

Aromasin is much weaker than most think. Id run it at 25/day (which you should have been doing from start to properly manage e2). Also if you care at all about stable hormone levels (which may be more important to some than others) stane needs to be dosed daily.
