Aromasin or Arimidex? ..........................

I'm on 100mg of test every 3-4 days. I take 7.5mg of aromasin nightly and hit the E2 sweet spot consistently. My only complaint from the aromasin is fatigue and tendon/joint tenderness. I was thinking of switching to Arimidex. Any advice would be appreciated. THANKS

if you're fatigued and have sore joints then it sounds like your e2 may not be in the "sweet spot". Those are symptoms of low e2 levels. maybe take a lesser dose, or try adex if you think it will make a difference. Most prefer aromasin.

Was the 20 on the regular assay? If yes, you are probably too low. Make sure you get the Sensitive Estradiol assay done.

What are you basing the statement that aromasin causes lethargy on?

A side effect I noticed from adex is that regardless of E2 the adex itself causes dry skin and joint pain in my hands - or as I lovingly call it 'adex ache'. It's true that these are signs of low E2, but I get these whenever I take adex even with elevated E2. So it's true that what you are feeling may be caused by low E2, but the AI's themselves are drugs which do have side effects in some.

I never used aromasin. Only adex.
Curious to see what benefits/differences thrre are with aromasin.

I'm curious too as I've only ever used aromasin with what seem to be be good results, but have a bottle of adex on hand in case I wanted to try it... I'm just not sure what to expect

You need blood tests to know where E2 is exactly. Ideally u want 48 hours from last shot and trough E2 to know what u are working with.
