ateamate can get me Winstrol (winny) and test for around 200 for both. need a little bit of information. i am my football teams leading runningback and i currently am on a city college team. i feel like i can make it to a bigger school but i am just to f%$$ing small . i am in the weight room every day for an 1hr to 2hrs and eat like a racehorse. i just cant gain a lb for the life of me!! i have been doing alot of research and want to do it just have a few questions

stats:

145lbs
5 foot 10
bout 9% body fat

a) how long are they tracable for ( potentially d1 athlete)
b) is Winstrol (winny) and test alright for a starter cycle
c) i know i need nolva but what else should i have before i start the cycle just want to make sure i do it all right and got EVERYTHING i need. help is much needed i dont want to mess anything up. also price estimte would be great

like i said im 145 i dont expect big increase but 165 would be wonderful
 
Welcome to 'ology. How old are you BTW?
But to answer your questions.

A) Test-E is detectable for about 3 months.
Winstrol (winny) Probs about 2 months.

B) For a starter cycle you better off just running Test. In your case probs Testosterone Suspention due to its life in the body (3-4 days) It will involve more injections but thats the price you gotta pay.

C) Yes you should have post cycle therapy (pct) its a good start. You also need to have Diet and Training in order before starting a cycle.

I assume he's not planning on staying at 165 the kids being realistics at least he didnt come on here saying 'I wanna put 90lbs of muscle in a month' slow and steady wins the race.

whatever you say guy. Realistic to me isn't talking about playing D-I football. He's talking about how long they are traceable because he's gonna be D-I. Not anytime soon at his weight. And yes I do know what i'm talking about, I played D-II and then went to D-I, and after injury played D-I rugby.
 
At that weight, you obviously do not know how to gain weight natural, so gear won't help. If it does help, you will probably just lose it anyway. You need to work on your diet.
 
Welcome to the board bro. What basic/natural techniques have you employed so far?? I ask because sometimes just eating like a horse isn't enough. There are still alot of natural methods you could use to build mass. Getting a proper mass diet tailored to your body would be one and adopting a mass building routine in the gym would be another (check out the 5x5 routine in the training section). Feel free to visit the training and diet section here, we have alot of ex-athletes and knowledgable bro's who could help point you in the right direction. I also come from the athletic end and am aware of the challenges, obsticles, and pressures so I would just really encourage you to think this through first, completely! Make sure all other avenues have been taken.
With that said, the rest is a personal decision.. Test prop would most likely be your best choice for a first cycle.
 
i have been a 1000 yrd rusher since sophmore yr highschool out of college i had nc state and oregon st but looking at me but when they came they said i was too small. football ability is not the question here. to answer your question Kullowheekonvict NONE WILL recruit a 145-165 back. thats why i want some info i need to get bigger thanks for the possitive encouragment!!

thanks for the other advise too. so is 180 the right price for Winstrol (winny) and test? and how much should i expect to pay for the post cycle therapy (pct)? also 8 week cycle long enough??

5-10, 145 pounds?? and your playin college football?? thats a tiny player at any position, I play at a d-2 school and I dont think its all to possible, you would die.. Im not doubting you but im saying if you want to go anywhere u better get up to 200 pounds.. our starting running back is 6'0 215.. And if your going to use steroids to gain your size and you played last year then i wouldnt know how you would pass your drug test because the way our system goes now and I know mostly every system does it that players who have played before and its not the first year report to football in March, for training.. and people who are incoming freshman/ red-shirts are brought in June 15. and your first day you go through a standarized drug test.. so i dont understand why your waiting to start now.. most players will start around the last couple weeks of season because randomized drug test are sooo uncommon in college football and they rarely test a player more then once.

pricing is not something we really talk about on this board, some guys just get it for cheaper than others and thats the way it goes... as for a cycle, if you set on running something, your best bet would be test prop for detection time... as for Winstrol (winny), i'm going to be running it for my second cycle with test, but only because I know how I react to the test already

in your case I feel like there might be better options for you than steroids, @ 5'10" and 145 pounds, steroids seem like the wrong choice

Regardless of the gear, if you don't learn to eat more food then you will loose the mass eventually.

a) dont worry about the tracable for d1, no offense but you arent going to get big enough in the amount of time

b)your best gains would come from test, test is the best bulking steroid and is a base steroid in my opinion.. I am going to run a cycle of deca and am hoping to gain about 15-20 pounds in a 14 week period.

c)clomid/nolva is excellent for pct.. but man 200.00 for test is pretty expensive i get test for 130.00 for 12 shots... I would find someone who can get it cheaper, sounds like ur freind is tryin to get some money outta u..

Well then shead some light and wisdom, your from that background... Give the kid some advice and a step in the right direction, NOT crush his dreams with your negative feedback.
 
start a log on here.. and keep us updated with ur progress.. but if you want to gain weight it starts here!!..
-go to the diet forum, and there is a great bulking diet on there and follow that!

alot of weight is lost in football from running and excrutiating practices.. I know that I lose alot of muscle mass in a season of football.. and you have to realize that if you want to keep up with the weight ur body is losing in those practices that fast food is a need.. on practice days i will sometimes go to mac shack and get 3 double cheesburgers and 10 mcnuggets.. and it wont hurt you at all if your training hard enough, but I know that in college, at least where I go they do what we call "strainer test" which is one day once a month where you get a fat test taken, weigh taken, and you max out on bench, clean, squat.. and if your not at standards then you have to go to "morning slugouts" is what we call them and we are supervised by a trainer at 4:00 in the morning and we dont get released from morning slugouts until were up to standards of where we are suppose to be
 
Sounds like overtraing to me but at the level of sport you play that my be unavoidable, So with that being said "IF" you are old enoff i would recomend test for 12 weeks and posably some d-bol if you are off seson to put some exta meat on you but due to the fact that it kills stamina if you are playing dont use it. I normaly would not recomend d-bol on first cycle but if you NEED waight it is one of the best i would say 1-4/5 20mg off days 30mg training days
 
imo, i would drop the winni, get some npp!!! start saving for food! learn to count callories bro.... and aim for 4000 a day (whole foods) or yr wasting yr time. cycle at the end of the seasons like metioned above. GET UP TO 175+ IN A SEASON OR TWO AND START PLOWIN MOTHER-FUCKERS OVER!!!
 
he really doesent have a year or two.. college is 4 years man.. and if hes going to transfer he will have to get big and play another year and tear shit up before anyone even thinks of taking him.. it will take time, dont train so much tho.. I go 4 days week.. Mon, tues, thurs, fri in offseason for an hour and offdays i do 20 min of intense cardio.
 
thanks toall with the info the diet section was very helpful and I'll try adopting the 5x5 workout so4000grams of protein should be ok?

Im assuming you mean 400 grams of protein.. and thats alot, but go for it..
