its nice to see this especially from an admin, i cannot stand seeing the flaming 90% of the time but i will say man, some guys really need to do some more research before they are 4 weeks deep in a cycle and are scrambling for answers to basic things they could have figured out with some more research and ive made some stupid comments on here when i first registered but i try my best..but with the flaming, i think there should be some constructive criticism following it..then they would have ALOT more credibility with their responses.

We all think we know everything. If they don't listen there is nothing you can do about it. You can flame them all you want but at the end of the day if they're going to use they will use.
Best thing you can do is point them in the right direction and if they ignore it then forget them. Go to the next thread. It frustrates me too but you can't change people's mind by putting them down and starting a thread war. Not saying YOU just people in general lol. Cheers.

Sorry youngin you still have to learn how to do that for yourself. Your asking for a cycle and you don't really need to cycle anything. you only need 1 compound for 8-12 weeks. Get to reading. You have a long way to go before your ready. You need to learn about your diet and planing it and then see if you can actually eat it and what tweaks you need to do. THe god honest truth is it's 80% diet no matter what you take. IT hard to eat enough.

Lol I know i was being sarcastic. i've done it all pretty much i know about dieting. i've gained 50 lbs of fat and burned 50 lbs of fat. i've gained and lost muscle lol. but im not a kid anymore, i'm consistent now. I'm just here to learn not rushing into anything
and i've when i do cycle my first will be test only, cyp at 400 mg a week. with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) injections every other week after week 4 and a 10 day Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast ending 4 days before post cycle therapy (pct) with clomid and nolva. also taking aromasin 10mg eod after 4 weeks and have letro on hand in case of emergencyi've read lots and plan on reading lots more before jumpin on one, i've learned alot here in a very short period of time but as i said im in no rush im still progressing natty. thanks for everything, i look forward to learning and growing alot more here.
