Austinite's Top 3 - Essential On-Cycle Supplementations

Hey, Austinite, I found bulk powder chromium online and in the description it says this "Serving size is nearly one half of a milligram - this product is an inexpensive alternative to be mixed with a base such as maltodextrin so it can be be measured volumetrically or with a pocket scale."
Bit of a noob to bulk raw powders...what exactly does this mean? Thanks

I wouldn't bother with powders. I always avoid anything that contains maltodextrin, fructose and/or dextrose.

1/2 of a milligram is 500 micrograms.

well i found NAC synephrine, green tea extrct, and chromium powders...cheaper that way...so it wouldnt effect anything if i just mixed the chromium in water or a pre-workout? Sorry just having trouble understanding it. and i cant see buying chromium caps when i can get 5,000 pills worth of raw powder for 5 bucks online haha

You need a scale that can measure down to micrograms. Measure how much to equal the protocol and dose. Yes, you can mix it with water, but you will likely be disgusted with the taste. Might choose something else to mask the flavor.

You become stable. It's not constant energy. I use other stuff along with B12 for energy levels. I'll post about that another day.

HEY austine bro, im 2 shots into my test and nandrolone cycle, I heard deca thickens the blood a fair bit, should I donate blood? And when? Also what should I have tested for in my bloods to determine this?

depends on how much you're injecting, how often,etc.. but you need blood work. Don't play the guessing game. Get a CBC panel.

600 deca. 250 test.
mon/thu pins.
only just started tho. 2 pins in so far. 2nd one complete last night.
what does a cbc panel include just so I can tell my doctor? And like most things here in aus, we need a good reason for blood work or they wont do it? what should I tell them? I feel a lot better after having blood taken out? Which if there not stupid would indicate to them I have thick blood?

CBC panel is your complete blood count. Most important results in regards to our discussion here are Hematocrit, RBC count and Hemoglobin.

If your Hematocrit is high, you will certainly feel better after letting blood.

I don't know how to overcome your objection with the doctor.

Austinite, you recommended Iodine to me yesterday. So I did my research, turns out a lot of people are deficient in Iodine, and that it plays a big role in our body. Why isn't it in your vitamin stack?

Spoke to a few guys on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and they won't touch the B12 shots, they say it only increases more RBC's. They play it safe.
