Great post Warmachine. That is a great way to spice up foods with hardly any calories. I posted something very similaiar about two months ago with my thread titled: A Meal Straight From the Grill, (I fucked up and put may for meal, but accident's happend, lol).
For you guy's looking for the Red wine vinegar dressing's this is a good one:
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, or balsamic vinegar, if your looking for variety
2 teaspoons of dijon mustar, you can use brown,
1/4 teaspoon of kosher or sea salt, not iodized
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Yes the olive oil does contain fat, but healthy fat. This is great on salads or meat.
Now for a real treat to really spice up your chicken and make it a hell of a lot better......well, I think this is to good to post here, so I will start my own thread with it. Please check it out. It will be called Grilled Chicken Breast with Green Onion-Mustard Sauce.
