i've had a bad knee (left) for a little under a year now. it's always been weak, but after training to fight within the past year i've had it pop out of location a few times (knee cap) due to being kicked and other things....
sports med guy told me NO squats or leg ext. EVER again....
haven't seen an orthopedic sugeon, but the dr. said it's stretched/ruptured connective tissues around/under/ontop of my knee cap....
well....what should i do for legs?
i ride my bike a lot and have been doing leg press, leg curls and a couple calf machines...
any help greatly appreacieted
