I'm trying to transition to Westside style lifting (still trying to figure out how I'm gonna get that 4th day in there though), and did squats with bands for the first time today. All I gotta say is gawdam, that's a hell of a workout.
BTW, if anybody has a link to a comprehensive westside-style program, it'd be much appreciated. All I can find is bits and pieces, and I'm having sort of a problem putting it all together as to what would work for me.
