So today i trained upper body on a somewhat limited time schedule, had about 1.5 hours to train and i really think today (Day 5) is the day Epi is starting to do it's thing. I was a little lethargic today energy wise but this workout was just insane! Improvements from today were:
Workout pace PICKED UP!
Strength is going up!
Pumps were the highlight i mean i did some pull downs to the front light weight for a warm up and i immediately had a lat/bi pump it happened so quickly i was shocked! My pump was almost painful but it was so awesome i trained harder and harder before i knew it time was up and had to leave. :sadface:
But today i went back to adding heavy sets in and my strength was pretty good considering i have stayed away from some of the heavier weights i used to use. I had an animal like drive today too man i love it! After i had achieved full pump-ification (haha) i hung from the pull up bar for a minute or so to stretch it all out for some lighter fascia stretching which sucked. I'm so pumped for this next week 30mg/day is going to be awesome. :devil2:
 
Now it is time to take my N2-Guard, HGH-Pro, Sleep and grow! Much needed rest i get to sleep in tomorrow and i bet i'll need it.

Sweeet i'll be in on that, dude i'm even more excited. I can't imagine how well this stuff is going to work at 40mg and even 60mg when/if i get there. I feel awesome and 110% no dehydration/aching joints no nothing. That is more likely due to the N2-Guard, I take it before bed and i wake up feeling "good" can't really say how but i just feel ready for the day. :smash:
 
Thats good shit and yea i have had that same feeling of just feeling better about everything before off of some other ph's when i first started i hope i get that again cause u miss it when its gone lol
 
Had a really good leg session today, was kind of worried that it wouldn't go too well considering i didn't get a lot of sleep last night and worked all day (forgot to bring enough food so i had to bridge over to the workout on a protein bar never doing that again)
Focused more on hamstrings today and kicking up the intensity which was painful yet effective. I got my first confrontation that i looked like i was "on something" today, they were spot on with my weight gain i was like wow wizards! They said i look a good 10lbs heavier and i'm 12lbs up as of today. Weighed myself like 20 times cause i was in shock! I feel like my of the gains are going to my chest shoulders and back, Gonna throw some more direct arm work in i would really like to bring some more size to them to balance everything out. Leg wise i want to focus on hams/calves, quads are fine i just want to be proportioned growth wise but this doesn't mean i won't hit everything really hard i just may add in some more sets for problem areas.
 
So fell asleep early last night and missed a meal but woke up today and was at 243lbs but looked a little leaner, started 2nd week today (2/5/12) @ 30mg/Day with the first 20mg dose i could definitely feel a little more lethargic throughout the day but i ate like a tank today 5k+ calories. Training tomorrow so i'll probably get some insane pumps off the higher dose!
30Mg/Day Notes:
Little more lethargic
Feel slightly more "dry"
Feeling slightly warmer

Haha yeah that's pretty much almost what i said xD more food!

It's funny that they think i'm on some hardcore cycle, i told people i don't mess around with bulking and putting on weight isn't much of a challenge for me because i will eat and not care about a little fat. Anyways i'm about to go train upper body i feel a lot bigger let's see what kind of comments i get today! :D

Yeah it's mostly a mind game cause i see guys all the time they want to gain weight but are afraid of a little fat, That's the difference between me and them i don't care if i gain a little fat i want the most out of this PH and i will get it!

Workout today was insane, at 20mg Epi pre workout the pumps i had in the gym were NUTS. Those pumps combined with some fascia stretching equal money. Strength is going up pretty damn fast right now, hit 90's on incline seriously no problem doing super slow reps with a squeeze and the last rep i sent my upper chest into oblivion with a super super long emphasized negative. Did some extra sets of laterals as well today, i am really satisfied with my progress thus far. I think next PH (More than likely will be Halodrol) i will use a Chest/Back, Legs, Shoulders/Arms split. Last time i used this split i saw really good results and was able to hit everything really hard. I don't want to change anything really right now since i'm making pretty decent progress. There always seems to be some sort of trade off and it's looking like if i want to hit everything more frequently i'm going to need to spend a little more time in the gym. I'm going to try throwing in some carbs in my intra workout BCAA drink next upperbody workout to try to negate catabolism as well as improve my post workout recovery response. If anybody has an idea on this please chime in! I've tried it before but not with this split it worked fairly well. I'm really gonna go for 260lbs+ for this cycle, i really feel like i can do that no problem. It'll be so awesome to pass 245lbs for the first time since it's been my sticking point as far as gaining. With that said let's tear this motherf*cker up and EAT EAT EAT TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN!

Also i have a new addition to my Arsenal that is from Needtobuildmuscle called GEAR which is used to AID in the absorption rate of protein causing increased protein synthesis/Recovery. I'll be using 1 capsule between meals and 2 pre/4 post workout to get maximum recovery. TIME TO GROW!!
 
Today hit the scale and was at 243Lbs, definitely am starting to lean up fairly quick. It's like my body is already adapted to my ridiculous caloric intake! Past few days have been in the 5-6k range. Well today was a good rest day, now it's time to start the work week and get in some more hours make some $$ If i get out of class early enough tomorrow i'll be able to train me some legs! :)
 
wow, 5k in cals and leaning up....good news to say the least.

Yeah i think i'll keep the higher calorie days for training ones cause days off i think 4k is about right. Today weighed in at 248Lbs, i have finally broken that barrier of 246! Nothing too special today just another rest day, Tomorrow training legs! No sides at all not even joint issues it's gotta be the n2guard, makes this cycle a breeze. :cool:
 
Getting big bro. You must gain easy cause I'm just over 200lbs now and on 4500 calories a day. I've put on 3-4 lbs in the last week and a half on this, coming slow and steady.

That's my specialty! My diet is dirty/clean i just focus on getting in the protein/cals. That's a good gain man i'd rather have steady solid gains rather than alot then it stops.

Only negative side effect from this cycle so far is people aren't talking to me! I gain quick so they all can tell and are like let's give him the semi-silent treatment. Epi with n2-guard is just about side effect free for me at 30mg/day. No dehydration, no nothing even taking in this insane amount of creatine, Even no gas/bloating! I'm hoping tomorrow i wake up at 250... Absolutely blasted legs today did 8 sets of Stiff-Leg Deadlifts (almost a bad idea) hamstrings need to be brought up so i just said f-it and demolished them. Was super-intense and just did leg extensions (plate loaded machine) i killed my quads too went as heavy as possible went REALLY well! It's pretty hard to walk right now and i feel like sleeping probably the lethargy + being wiped out kicking in. Anyways i am absolutely loving this stuff i'm hoping 40mg the sides will stay to a minimum. Guess well find out!
