Beast's EPI-C Log! *Now with N2Guard*

Gotta say after reading this log i started looking into n2guard and it looks pretty good. I might have to order some up for my next cycle! So other than taking the n2 were you taking fish oils etc to help with joints?? I did notice on an mdrol cycle with it being more dry I really had to load up on the fish so Im wondering how you are doing?

Dude the stuff is epic, i haven't taken ANYTHING other than n2guard, literally leaving everything on the stuff to see how well it works. Haven't even used a multi (probably seems very stupid on my part but i gotta test this stuff) So far absolutely no joint pain i mean i still have 10 more mg to add so maybe at 40 i may feel it but i feel great right now. N2-Guard literally is an all in one and this cycle is definitely making me a believer, will be a staple for all my future cycles :bowdown: Been taking it at 7 caps before bed and that's it. I do have a mass gainer that has some omega 3's and other oils but i haven't had to load up on anything yet. So far so good!

Also i have made the choice to cap at 40mg and run it 3 weeks making this a 5 week cycle. I also plan to lower cals a little bit and take advantage of fat loss the last 2 weeks. The size gain i've gotten so far i am more than satisfied with so this first week at 40mg i will be bulking and then using the other 2 with around 3500-4k calories and see how fat loss goes. Pretty much turning this into a half bulk/half cutting cycle. Don't see lots of guys doing this but it'll give me a good idea how well this stuff works for cutting which is what it is mostly used for anyways. Plus i will be able to see my vascularity since it is starting to pop out now :)
 
Oh and also i didn't wake up at 250 this morning like i wanted (247Lbs), ended up not eating enough yesterday not sure why but i was NOT hungry at all probably too much water >.>

Yes, i have a before pic up in the first post and i'll throw up one on my last week as well as after PCT.

I spoke too damn soon i think i caught something at work today i have cold like symptoms so hopefully it leaves as fast as i caught it..
 
So the past day i was in bed all day, appetite was very shitty yesterday and this morning i woke up a good 5Lbs lighter/way drier/leaned out. I didn't take creatine yesterday for fear that i wouldn't get enough water since liquids bother my throat. All in all still sick but i'm really hoping tomorrow i will have the energy to train legs. If not i'm going to take another few days off. Still have 3 weeks left of epi at 40mg anyways so a few days off to get well and recover doesn't seem like a bad idea. Last workout my strength was up a LOT i got more sets with heavier weights without a problem, stuff is really kicking in i hope i get over this cold really quick!
 
Today went back to work after 2 days off (4 from the gym) still getting over this cold, i've decided to just take a couple more days off, this cold is really f*cking up this week in terms of training/eating so i'm just working on eating what i can and getting in some mass shakes to hold onto my sanity :( I still have 2.5 weeks left i can get a LOT done in that time frame so i'm not really worried just kind of bummed out. My weight is still a steady 245Lbs as well but i am starting to lean up really quick more than likely from the deficit over the past few days. Just gotta keep at it! People at work say i look a lot bigger and all i've done the past few days is lay in my bed haha.

Same here gymrat, right now im supposed to be starting a cycle next week and of course yesterday what happened........ the cold came through to me. At least its just a runny nose and not bed ridden. Airborne is my best friend right now!

Omfg man i hate it, but i am determined to kill the shit out of these last 2 weeks. I went to the doctor and got prescribed an antibiotic and its been only 2 days and i feel a ton better. She said without it i would of not gotten better. Scared me a little! but i plan to hit the iron back on sunday or monday and get back on 40mg, currently running maintenance at 20mg so i just cut the dose since i can't train.

I think it's just shitty timing for me and this nasty bug going around. Well anyways I WILL KILL THE WEIGHTS SUNDAY OR MONDAY AND START KILLIN' IT!
 
Hey it sucks when you get sick on cycle...been there, done that. Keep hitting it hard...as I will be beast!!

Well i took a good week off, i cut the epi dosage down to 20mg but starting tomorrow it's back to 40mg and i'll be training again! At work some kid gave me his entire bottle of superdrol (superbolin by myopharma) today!! He was apprehensive about taking it because he didn't want the side effects, i asked him how much for it and he just thought about it and said i could have it. I hooked him up with a good discount on some halo/epi though he was happy for it, i've been getting a lot of free stuff at work it's awesome i must be doing something right. :) CHEST/BACK TOMORROW ABOUT TO MURDER THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF THIS CYCLE!

Oh and current stat's is around 240lbs (dropped 10lbs BUT it looked like i gained some size/lost some fat, being sick curbed my appetite but i think due to the epi i retained my lean mass gain. People are saying i look heavier now than when i did at 250 so epi is definitely doing its thing and considering i had that week off due to my aggressive flu i'm pretty satisfied with how well epi is working. Next in my sights will be halodrol! Which i will also do a log just thinking ahead right now.

I might have lost a tiny bit of strength due to the down time and quick weight drop. I'll get it back no problem though, 3-4 sets and 5-6 exercises seems to do the trick for me as far as training goes right now.

NEVERMIND THE STRENGTH DECREASE HOLY SHIT I WAS STRONGER TODAY!
Back in the gym today was INSANE, went back to Chest/Back , Legs, Shoulders/Arms split today was Chest/Back. Rack pulled 405 x 5 belt-less EASY after rushing a few warmup sets of 225 x 10 and 315 x 10 i would have increased the weight more but i was a little apprehensive about it since i had already done a good 4 back exercises and some other people wanted to use the rack 405 x 5 is a pr anyways i'm happy with it. I'm not even 100% better and i'm a ton stronger, it really looks like i needed that week off cause now i am on FIRE. Inclined 90lb db's for 2 sets cleaned them myself for the first time. I want to go for 100's next week, found my sweet spot for growth which is 3-4 sets and 4-5 exercises per body part. Back is Destroyed! Did 140lb 1 arm db rows like they were paper weights, i really wish we had heavier dumbbells!! 3-4 sets of those followed by a super set of lat pull-overs and cable behind the back flys for the teres. Overall had an incredible session and i seriously can't wait to see how strong i am when i'm over this flu completely!!! 2011 will be my year to get huge sitting at 243lbs and leaner, it's very very evident around my waist. I'm starting to look WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE i'm very happy with how things are going! On my shoulder/arm day i am going to cut it to 2-3 sets since i have chest/back a couple days later and i plan to only do standing military press for front delts. This way i still hit them but they won't need a ton of extra time for recovery. Arms will go for 3 sets moderate weights for 10-20 reps

Also back up to 40mg/Day for Epi! Increasing my protein intake some more and gonna cut some sodium out of my diet so i don't retain as much water since i look better anyways/feel better.

holy shiieeeeeet, my stiff legged deadlifts are up to 365 x 7 and 365 x 4, not only that but i went to true ATG squats today and got about 6/7 sets of balls to the wall teeth gritting squats. I literally fold into a god damn lawn chair now, no knee pain what so ever. I control the entire squat go down very slow and blast up after a slight pause at the bottom. I'm getting lower than guys who are a good 6-7 inches shorter than me (I'm 6 Foot 4 Inches tall so seeing me that low people double take hehehe) . Each rep feels incredible, i can feel my glutes hams fire from the bottom and feel my quads start contracting half way up. I had a small crowd and people were making comments like these two black ladies were like DAMNNN DAT BOY SQUATTIN SO LOW HIS A$$ IS TOUCHIN THE FLOOR! Last set i did half reps from the very bottom to half way with 135 for 20 reps to burn it out. Today i took my intensity to that next level, my squat form is border-line perfect, my back was arched all the way down and even after super heavy stiff legged deadlifts i barely felt any of the squat reps in my back. I can only see things getting better and better from this point on!!

Man this epi must be really kicking in now, the fact i have about 2 weeks left makes me really happy. I'm gonna be unstoppable! Even coming off i have learned more about my body and how it is responding to Epi which is my biggest goal to UNDERSTAND how my diet/training feels while on. Dropping fat more each day it is a small amount but my weight is already back up to 246Lbs and i keep looking leaner, Super happy with how well i'm bouncing back from that aggressive flu!! (which i STILL have some light symptoms of so i STILL have room to be even stronger just from getting better)

Thanks man! Still absolutely no joint pain, just taking N2 Guard. I think i already noted it but at the doctor they said my blood pressure is great, considering the foods i eat i was pretty satisfied with that i have the "optimal" blood pressure levels. People usually complain about what i eat off season wise, when i diet though i take it very seriously and just cutting out my off season foods i see a lot of water drop.

Well tomorrow is Shoulders/Arms, i'm going to begin with Standing military press with constant tension not locking out or relaxing at the bottom, I plan to do only 2 sets for front delts considering i will being doing incline db press in 2 days. Then i will move to Seated DB laterals with a squeeze at the top and slow negative without going all the way down to keep the tension on my medial delts. I want to do a lot more strict movements for body parts with the most weight possible while avoiding cheating at all cost UNTIL that 3rd working set where i will go to failure, pause, do some more reps, pause, do a few more reps. Then do half reps from the bottom (some call them x reps) That will be it. Considering i'll need my strength for back and chest 2 sets for everything should be perfect since i usually do 3-4 and a few more exercises. For arms i want to try incline curls and spider curls followed by cable rope hammer curls. Tri's i will do rope push downs with tear aparts at bottom followed by Push downs on the assisted pull-up/dip machine, I use the supporting pad and push it down i get a really sick long head tricep contraction and can use a fair amount of weight. 2 Working sets each exercise, i don't need to murder them anymore since i have strength plus i train chest/back in 2 days and if i want to start rowing 150-200lb dumbbells i better save my energy I'm planning on bringing in an olympic dumbbell handle to make db's heavy enough for my 1 arm rows. The 140's are seriously getting so light i can get 10+ slow controlled reps for 3-4 sets easy. Also i row the db towards my hip, i am seeing my back thicken up even more from this, i'll have vids up soon of me with the 160lb db.

Goals for the end of this cycle strength wise are:

385-405Lb Stiff legged DL for reps
160Lb+ 1 Arm DB Rows *OBLITERATED 185Lbs x 6-8 Reps x 2 Sets 2/26/12*
100Lb+ Incline DB Presses
305Lb+ ATG Squats for reps
Get stronger at everything else compound movement wise.

Continue training with slower reps and get 2-3 sets with increasing poundages. I also have been noticing that I've definitely been training the right way all along, i see dudes who are actually smaller than me but stronger. I think i made the right choice not pushing the heavy weights too much. This 3 set set up is probably going to give me better gains than I've gotten since i started. :)

Also for my post cycle therapy (pct) it is going to be EPIC, i have an aromatase inhibitor, DAA, Nolva and Sovereign which is an insulin mimicker, Myostatin inhibitor, cortisol blocker, GH booster and IGF1 up regulator. My post cycle therapy (pct) i plan to continue to gain strength and possible size. After post cycle therapy (pct) i will take 1-2 months off and then another log will be up....I was thinking halodrol, so far i like epi and the strength gain but i feel at 40mg i might need more like 50-60mg considering i'm not experiencing any sides except slight lethargy. Haven't noticed any "shrinkage" or shutdown really either o_O Does this mean i am under dosing it?

Another day for the record books for me, I attempted to incline the 100's but didn't place the DB's on my knees correctly to clean them, as a result i was extremely hyped up and missed cleaning them i got extremely light headed and decided to just do the 90's again, got 2 extremely solid sets felt every single rep. Then after i moved to flat db bench and went up to the 80's for the first time getting an insane contraction and doing 5-6 second negatives every rep with a final rep 10-15 second negative. I brought in an olympic DB handle and made a 185Lb Dumbbell that i used for 1 arm dumbbell rows and got 2 sets for 6-8 reps with no cheating and extremely good lat contractions!! HUGE PR i literally added 45Lbs to that lift, i was at the 140's so long that my strength was extremely good. I had some people just shocked i was doing those so clean, i will always do them till the day i die, hands down my FAVORITE lat exercise!! After those i did some super slow cable crossovers followed by close grip pull ups to failure, then did assisted wide grip pull ups to failure. FINALLY i did 1 heavy set of rack pulls for an awesome PR of 425 x 6 reps Belt-less. I'm developing stretch marks everywhere again, just from that shoulder day i can SEE a difference, I gotta get some new pics up!

Dose of Epi is exactly the same so this has helped me rule out that this type of slow/controlled heavy training with negative emphasis is the best i've used so far. My strength gains and size gains are so good that just from 1 shoulder session with super strict military standing press and seated laterals stretch marks are forming on both of my shoulders. Let me re-iterate that, 1 WORKOUT = STRETCH MARKS. I also got told by one of the big natural guys from the gym that i have huge potential and that i could be an absolute monster, I told them thanks and that i have all the time in the world to learn more about myself and progress. I'm not rushing anything i'm showing people that even with low dosages of what's considering one of the mildest pro-hormones that training is THE MOST IMPORTANT. The first weeks you administer a hormone/steroid you will get initial gains just from the dosage BUT once they stop it is up to your training/diet to keep you progressing or just take more and more of the drug and rely on it. Instead of upping the dosage i opted to focus on the most important aspect which is the training. If more people took the time to try all different kinds of training methods they will WITH TIME find out what is the best for them. In a society where everyone wants everything NOW there are only a few who will stand the test of time. TRAIN.HARD.
 
Man this has got to be one of the biggest progressions in my training, people think i'm on all kinds of crap at work. Today i literally showed a few people what the mind can do, i did 2 sets of 225 x 5 ATG squats slow and controlled i struggled the 2nd set, then the last set i went to 275 and HYPED MYSELF UP and did 275 x 6 perfect form, no back strain what so ever and the guys were Shocked, I also did stiff legged deadlifts again but only went up to 315 x 10, 5 and the final set i did 315 x 5 then dropped the bar to the floor and did full range deadlifts for 5 reps. The hell version of 21's for deadlifts haha! and that was BEFORE the squats. Once again this is MY YEAR!!

One of my buddies from the gym hit his 405 x 1 ATG squat, he's been trying to get it the past month and i kept telling him he can do it. He came up to the front counter with the biggest smile on his face haha I gotta catch him!
