Beast's EPI-C Log! *Now with N2Guard*

Having NO joint issues what-so-ever right now too with N2-Guard as my stand-alone supplement. Also using GEAR pre/post workout, pretty much to maximize my recovery and get 100% so i can SMASH UP SOME IRON next workout! Weight is up to 247Lbs and leaner, all in all so far i've went up to 250lbs (+15Lbs) then dropped to 242Lbs and have progressively gotten leaner and am now 247 and even leaner than i was at 242 :D I believe i only have 1 week left of epi upon which i will start my awesome post cycle therapy (pct). Going to break some PR's there too..hehe
 
Well i am definitely noticing some slight change over the past week, I seem to have some more size and be slightly leaner. I swapped my mass gainer shakes for just whey isolate shakes so there is a good 1k calorie cut from my diet. I notice my appetite is up slightly as well. Eating right around 3500 calories right now, I think for the low dose i used for this cycle i have achieved great results. Strength is up a LOT size gains were decent considering the androgenic properties of epi (it's mostly an estrogen blocker/AI making it more of a strength PH with some size and decrease in bodyfat due to lowered estrogen levels/ slightly elevated test levels. Honestly i feel like i make almost as good of gains off of just 3 grams DAA but hey that's just me. Back is still a little sore from deadlifts/SLDL's. Training shoulders/arms tomorrow. Going to go for even longer negative accentuated final sets. This means my last set of say Standing military press i will get to that last rep that i am at positive failure and lower it at a count to 20-30 which a rest at chin level for 10 seconds. The more i accentuate my negatives on my final set i seem to see more and more results. It also ensures you are literally getting EVERYTHING out of that set, I read a quote that i will never forget. "I make it my SOLE purpose to get that weight to the top just to slowly and agonizingly lower it under control!" Guess well find out tomorrow!

Rack Pulls: 455 x 5 END of workout!!
1 Arm DB Rows: 185 x 12 (Then 3 more sets)! Almost lost my foot the DB clips came off and 4-25Lb plates bam on my foot, got really lucky..
Pull-Ups: BANGING THEM OUT 4 SETS OF 6-8 PERFECT LAT CONTRACTING SETS!

Talk about a great way to end this Epi cycle! Tomorrow will be my last day then i will begin my post cycle therapy (pct) where i will try to gain a good 5Lbs or so, really feel like that is extremely obtainable with the current training set up and post cycle therapy (pct) stack. I'll bump up the calories a little bit as well.

Just to give everyone an overview of how this cycle went here's what i experienced at 40Mg of Epi:

Increased Energy
Increased Mood
Increased Libido
Increased Size & Strength
Decreased Bodyfat considerably even on moderately high calories (4-5k)

INCREASED KICK-ASS MODE haha

I didn't experience side effects EXCEPT some super slight lethargy but nothing bad by any means. N2-Guard kept my joints good to go even with the heavier and heavier weights constantly beating them. I feel like it has become my ESSENTIAL on-cycle support and will never go a cycle without it whether it be an oral PH or a future injectable.

Also i have had so many people start looking up to me over the course of this cycle, even though i utilized a PH i made drastic improvements to my training which ultimately made my results without a doubt skyrocket. Even the biggest guys are asking me questions or coming to me for inspiration and with that said i feel i'm accomplishing what i have intended to do from the start which is INSPIRE. Pic's coming for end of Cycle/Beginning of post cycle therapy (pct). Currently sitting at 245Lbs feeling GREAT and ready to annihilate this post cycle therapy (pct).
 
Currently on Day 2 of PCT-

Yesterday trained legs and ATG squat went up ANOTHER 40Lbs! So obviously strength is on the rise and appetite is up. Weight is down a little bit but i believe it's from the PCT stack cause i woke up feeling "harder" and leaner. The end of this month i should look a ton better :) After PCT i am taking 1 month off and depending on how well this stack works. Libido is still the same no problems what so ever with it, i'd say i've experienced minimal shutdown. I threw in 4g of Vitamin C about 4 days ago and that alone i could "feel" that stress feeling disappear i take it 3x a day to negate cortisol and maintain better sleep/lower stress levels. Shirts fit a lot tighter, XL's are tight and 2X's fight just right! I'm once again extremely satisfied with Epi at 40mg, next cycle will be halodrol more than likely in a few months.
 
And yes, i'm working on my calves they look so tiny NOOOOOOOOO haha. Trying seated calve raises strict in the stretch position for 8 sets well see how that works by the end of the month!

Also looking back and seeing that i was out of commission for 9 DAYS of this cycle because of the stupid flu, i know for a fact my next one is going to be amazing. At this point i'm not worried about losing my gains at all seeing how my strength is going up up and away. Friday is shoulders/arms so we can see how that goes!

And diet is 4k calories as of right now until the end of pct.

do you train your traps directly?

Yeah buddy, still working on it though. So far i actually feel the nolva/pct stack kicking in my appetite is going up and i am getting slightly leaner.

I do the basic shrugs for traps (not like you guys can tell cause both the poses i posted traps aren't involved in them haha) I can do a crab most muscular so you all can see them better though. My issue for them is scapula retraction which I've decided to use the top portion of the pull up to aid with not only my pull up progression but for my upper back. From here on out it's about isolating muscle groups as much as possible and using whatever weights that group can handle. Hopefully by the end of pct i'll have something to show for it!
 
Day 3 of post cycle therapy (pct), woke up looking a little more leaner and now at 246Lbs. I like where this is going right now! We'll see how strength is tomorrow, if 155 is easy with super strict form tomorrow on overhead press i'll be psyched! Body temperature is up slightly more than normal and i'm a little more easily irritated guessing it could be from my natural levels?
 
Day 5 PCT up to 247Lbs, Abs are very very close. Feeling very tight all over, not sure if it's form the sovereign or not. I think the combo of correct training/stack/nutrients are kicking my growth up a notch! My appetite the past few days has been incredible to say the least, Yesterday just going by hunger no force feeding i hit 6k EASY, woke up today even tighter and leaner/heavier. I'm liking this PCT stack more than the actual PH LOL!! Also as i eat i can almost feel all the glycogen/water being replenished it's a very unique feeling, Also getting harder all over. Everything feels like a ROCK which i am extremely happy about. I have a game plan right now for how i would like to develop for this year and It's coming along nicely so far. IF i decide to do a helladrol cycle after this you'll be seeing an easy 260+Lb new me :D But as long as i stay focused and stay on track i might not even need hella to hit 260 haha Enough talking i gotta go start walking! CHEST/BACK TOMORROW!
 
Day 7 of PCT up to 250Lbs! Even tighter then the previous 2 days. Guy at the gym told me i look a good 10-15Lbs heavier than last week. Strength is still going up! Now doing weighted pull-ups with a 10lb plate for 5-6 reps. Also started barbell decline bench not locking out constant tension squeezing the bar together the entire time. Only got up to 205 x 6 reps with 4 second negatives never letting the muscle relax. For back did some new exercises for traps. Feeling REALLY good right now!! Still have 3 more weeks left :D

Also my chest may blow back up due to muscle memory because i used to do 335 x 6 for decline bench and i swear my chest was bigger. Using this new type of form though makes it tough to jump back up in weights but i'm fine with that.

Day 10 of post cycle therapy (pct): Weighed in at 252Lbs, Going to do a little more volume this week starting to feel some weird aches i might be pushing to hard so i will add in some more reps (10-15 instead of 5-10) Will use heaviest weights possible. Changing my form on a couple exercises to see how they feel. A friend told me i should try standing military press with a staggered foot stance to isolate the front delt more and remove the "balancing" act of my lower back since you stand with your back arched most of the time and at times it can unintentionally become an incline press slightly. Going to stay at the same weights as last workout and pump out some more reps. Stretch the HELL out of the targeted muscles too! People have been saying i look bigger and bigger every day which is pretty sweet and even got a "too big" compliment! Appetite has still been ridiculous too, it seems to peak the day after legs. So far this post cycle therapy (pct) is going flawless :)

Also swapped over to Kre-Alkalyn a few days ago, noticing less bloat/more full muscles/less soreness/slightly more strength = meaning i'm sold on it.

ANDD when to back off! haha training shoulders/arms tomorrow about to go for some epic pumps. Last Shoulder/arm workout my bis were so pumped i could NOT hit a FDB to save my life i felt like it was going to tear in half. Was amazing yet painful! I think ill just have to drop set when i get that feeling tomorrow.... :redhot:
