Currently still at the same weights but have been doing more reps, Trained Chest/Back today and had an INSANE chest pump it was borderline painful. Staying at the same weights for another week to recover and then slowly ease into going heavier. Appetite is insane right now i have already consumed 6k calories today and still have another 2 meals left. Hit some poses today pumped up and the gym went quiet for a minute it was awesome haha! Going for high rep squats for the next few weeks, starting at 250Lbs ATG 20 rep squats will aim for 2-3 sets, more than likely the 2nd/3rd sets will be 10-15 or less! Hamstrings are definitely improving since i began doing bottom stiff legged deadlift partials and getting lower in squats. Overall i'm super excited with how this year is going so far i'm progressing at an insane rate right now. Still have 2 weeks left of PCT too!!
