Beast's EPI-C Log! *Now with N2Guard*

Currently still at the same weights but have been doing more reps, Trained Chest/Back today and had an INSANE chest pump it was borderline painful. Staying at the same weights for another week to recover and then slowly ease into going heavier. Appetite is insane right now i have already consumed 6k calories today and still have another 2 meals left. Hit some poses today pumped up and the gym went quiet for a minute it was awesome haha! Going for high rep squats for the next few weeks, starting at 250Lbs ATG 20 rep squats will aim for 2-3 sets, more than likely the 2nd/3rd sets will be 10-15 or less! Hamstrings are definitely improving since i began doing bottom stiff legged deadlift partials and getting lower in squats. Overall i'm super excited with how this year is going so far i'm progressing at an insane rate right now. Still have 2 weeks left of PCT too!!

Well i still gotta actually DO it, it's what i have planned for tomorrow, my legs hurt already haha :eek:

Weighed in today at 252Lbs again, literally watched my veins begin to come out from all the carbs yesterday! Chest is really sore today i did more sets with the same weight and more reps definitely felt it that's for sure, traps are sore as well.

F****CK man it ended up not working as well, i had the stomach flu yesterday so i literally was like 3k calories mass gainer saved my life haha but today i was still drained so i just did 225 x 11,7,7,7 Did every set slow controlled reps resetting my form every rep and going down slow. I just was not feeling right today so i pushed but not to that limit where i usually do. My legs hurt right now so i must have gotten something out of those sets, calves/hams are twitching a lot and i feel very shaky, Calories are getting jacked up today around 6k should do the trick we'll see how i feel tomorrow though. My ham/glute tie in is SORE AS SHYT, did cable SLDL's which are probably the best movement i've done for hams glutes.
 
Annnnd another PCT update! Currently on 10mg Nolva still and really didn't notice a difference in the drop, Natural test is WAY past normal (the boys are literally huge no joke haha) skin is actually getting oily too, this PCT protocol is going to be my basis each time i have not only recovered but actually gained into post cycle and have gotten bigger and leaner. I knew it would all pay off! Weight was 254Lbs this morning, backing off for a week was a GREAT idea cause i grew and i actually feel and look better. Appetite is still just crazy it's kind of worrying me because i just keep plowing through food every hour and a half. To be honest i'm looking forward to being out of PCT cause the oily skin/aggressiveness is kind of annoying at times. I still have a full 8 days left of PCT and i plan to cut cals down a little to lose some fat so afterward i will be leaner and have more natural test (sounds stupid doesn't it) I'll have some pic's up on thursday to show where i'm at. Hopefully the difference is as drastic on camera as other people at work/in the gym are saying :)

I've worked hard to bring up my chest/back so hopefully those will be some standouts in the next set of pic's other than my shoulders/arms. Found something that works for calves but it's been implemented to late into this log to see much of a difference. Legs are definitely bigger, hamstrings/glutes are where i made the best improvements. This is an epic start to the year i should be able to surpass my goals no problem at ALL.

I'm kind of bummed on the pic's because all that effort into my arms was dwarfed by my shoulders/back. I'm still happy regardless but starting today i changed things up a little bit and hopefully will yield some great arm results down the road. I'm going through them and resizing them for upload for tonight!

Thanks man, those body parts i'm just gonna have to hit a little harder, i'm thinking of adding ezbar cheat curls with HUGE negative emphasis like 6 second controlled negatives for every other delts/arms workout. Lifts are still going up!

Did legs yesterday and i got up to 295 x 8 PERFECT form Stiff Leg dead's with my toes elevated on plates for an extra stretch. Reps 5-8 i was shaking but staying in control. Working on my quad sweep as well it's coming along nicely, so far everything is good to go. I started another training journal so i can track my progress on paper. Today was my last day of post cycle therapy (pct) and i am 251.5Lbs Stronger and leaner! I'm going to continue this journal until i begin my next PH!
