been reading alot of threads an now wonder am i ready?

hi guys
this is my 3rd post on here had alot of feed back about hw to hrlp gyno and advice on a 2nd cycle bt after reading numerous threads i wonder am i really ready?

i used to weigh 23stone an dropped down to 14st natural then at 19yrs old started weight training im naturally a wide set bulky build, i did a 12week cycle of test prop and tren ace and gt some decent gains but im now thinking of doing a,
test cyp and deca 16week course
using aromasin and cabor at small eod dosages
just wanted everyoned advice on what you guys think of this and whether or nt u think it would be benificial?

How's your diet? I would work hard on your diet, try to cut down on body fat. These things will give you much better results from your cycle.

my diets quite good i try to eat around 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight an cut back on the carbs, i drink around 4litres of water a day? mostly eating chicken tuna beef eggs and skimmed milk? the basics really mate, i cant seem to drop anymre weight without loosing muscle

I don't want to sound like a dick, but if you can't lose weight at 24% BF easily than there is something seriously wrong with either your routine or diet. Or it might be that your afraid to lose size and are mistaking fat for muscle.

hey mate, u dnt sound like a dick at all, iv been really pushing in the gym an just in general to lose mre bf and cant or if i do its very minimal? i was just gunna do this course and see what my results were? or u just think i would become fat and nt gain muscle? all input is greatly appreciated mate
 
24% is far too high to start another cycle, you will still see results, but you will just look fat - we are talking 30%bf fat.
Fat loss is all about calories in calories out, your food appears clean but your probably just eating too much of it, lower the calories by 500 and see what happens.
If you haven't started calorie counting yet, you should - immediately.
 
to be honest i dnt calorie count mate a usual day looks like this,
breakfast-omlette with 6 egg whites only
mid morn-2scoops of myofusion in water
train for around 1.5hrs, 2muscle groups at high intensity
lunch-2tins of tuna in brine
mid afternoon maybe a salad
dinner 2 lean beef steaks grilled
and 2mre sccops of myofusion before bed
thts an average day guys
 
Your diet is clean, but you need to start calorie counting. Work out your bmr (there's calculators online) and the calories you need based on your training regime, then minus 1000 from that number. That will lead to fat loss. Cardio will help you go quicker.
 
thanks for the advice mate i must just be over eating for my training and i was told to cut out the cardio but i guess al get bk into it for 3months or so, as a complete begginer to gear thanks again guys
