As far as my workout split during my cutting phase I was on 5 day a week workout plan.
Mon - Chest & tri's with 30 min cardio
Tues - Circuit training at home with Speed bag, heavy bag, jump rope,etc, approx. 36min
Wed - Shoulders, Bi's, Fore with 30 min cardio
Thur - Rest
Fri - Back, Legs, Abs
Sat - same as Tues.
sun - Rest
Now while I was doing this for about 6 weeks the whole time I was on the biggest project of my career and working 7 days a week and about 14.5 hrs a day, very brutal. I was was only getting about 4.5 hours a sleep a day so I probably could have done better if I wasnt working so much at that time. Now that I have changed to the lean bulk and trying to put on lean muscle I have moved to 6 days a week in the gym with 1 rest day and stuck with 2 days of cardio in the gym and stopped the circuit training at home.
As far as a cycle yes I started one but the gear was completley bunk or very low dosed(BD andropen, Tren hex) I mean I felt nothing on it period. I changed it up about 2 weeks before the last pic with a different brand and im doing test cyp, tren A, & masteron. And now I can tell that the gear is quality, my strength which didnt budge before has started to really shoot up in the last 2 weeks. Hopefully with the lean bulk I will get some great benefits from my gear because during the cutting phase I really feel like I messed up with the gear I had.
