before or after wrkout

I WOULD TRY OUT NYRTO FUSION NEXT TIME U GO AND BUY CREATINE AND YA IT'S NORMAL TO PISS ALOT WHILE YOUR ON CREATINE AND IF IT'S NOT THEN I GUESS U AND ME AND MY BUDDIES NEED TO GO AND GET CHECKED OUT, AND ONE OF MY BUDDIES THAT WORKS OUT WITH ME TAKES CELL TECH AND HE SAID THAT THE WAY TO GO IS BY TAKING IT AFTER YOU WORK OUT ANYWHERE FROM RIGHT AFTER OR UP TO A HALF AN HOUR AFTER, AND THAT WHOLE THING ON TAKING IT IN THE MORNING AND AFTER YOU WORK OUT I'LL HAVE TO GET BACK TO U ON CAUSE MY BUDDY IS TRYING IT NOW AND HE'LL GET BACK TO ME ON HOW IT WENT SOME TIME AND WHEN HE DOES I'LL LET YA KNOW HOW IT WAS.

When you are bulking milk is a good thing, I am putting on lean mass and I am drinking a lot of milk, a little bit here and there throughout the day. I do cut milk out of my diet when I am trying to get lean and ripped. I prefer whole milk--it digests easier for me.

i just bought cell-tech because even know its overpriced, i heard it gives the best results, but never mind that.

My question is when should i take the creatine. before or after a wrkout and how long before/after? The container says right after but i heard 1 hour before will give you the best results. Wut do u guys think??


This is what I do I take my post workout drink to the gym, and start sipping on it about halfway through my workout(drinking it over a 30 min. time frame) til I finish my workout. this is a debateable method, if not like this as soon as you finish your workout.

Oh yeah, make sure you take in a fast digesting protien source along with your cell tech, like whey or egg whites(cooked of course) at the end of your workout
