Honest to God, Keto... Diets... Suck. I've pretty much morphed it into a Atkins diet (30g and under is virtually impossible for me). Day 3 of my Keto/Thermo/Sugar-Free/Detox, I am so tired in my workouts, I'm way stronger, but I lack the flare, I feel like something is missing when I workout, I could honestly increase my weight again if I wanted to, I blame the NaNO Vapor, I have virtually no focus, and at 3 scoops, hell even the 400mg of caffeine should be felt, but nada. Looking pretty lean, hoping to have a nice little 6 pack when I'm done, but its so hard to work out without any carbs, and working out 6 days/week without carbs. Been drinking milk as one of my sole forms of protein (about L/day, including my PW shake); its hard to cut, get at least 160g of protein in, not eat carbs, and weasel my way under 2500 cals a day.

With milk, I been getting about 100g of carbs/day (down from 400g+ on my bulk), no grain products at all, just skim milk and veggies.

Workout/Cardio: I walk 5km everyday at work, and workout for about an hour +/-, so easily 500 cals burnt everyday.

Taking a fatburner that delivers 24h fat burning, so I can cheat a little and still get cut pretty damn awesome.

Full body herbal detox, so I can walk away with a nice clean body and a happy liver.
