Im new here, here is my question,

How important is it to watch your diet when excercising ?
I read about a core' in another thread. It beiing very important? What is that?
What happens if you eat very little and excercise much?
What is recommended food for the starting excerciser?

Is there any special place you should start with your body when just starting?

Have you guys any recommended literature about these things from a notable writer and known authority ?

I meant to ask which excercise to start with when newly beginning to excercise. Does it even matter? Can i just start training my arms without ever doing something about my chest?

I cut this from the Trianing Stikys so Im sure you already saw it... Since you are a beginner you will prob get your best results from something like this and to answer your Q again about eaiting, if you want to grow 80% results will come from your diet and 20% will come from this workout.... No Joke! good luck

Day One:

Incline Press, or incline Fly 2 x 10-12

Military Press, Or Hammer Shoulder Press 2 x 6-8

Day Two:

Pull-Up 3 sets to failure

Barbell Row 2 x 8

EZ-Bar Or Dumbell Curl 1 x 10

Heavy Abs 3 x 10

Day Three

Squats 2 x 10

Deadlifts, or Stiff-Legged Deadlift 1 x 10

How do I avoid injury? How do I even know I got injured. My cousin is training and he now suddenly has got a little bulb in his triceps? I think its a injury. Anyone?

To avoid injury, make sure you use proper form, warm up adequately and don't use weight that is heavier than you can handle. It also helps to make sure you are properly nourished and get enough sleep.
