I am so struggeling to rid myself of this beer gut. I am working hard P90x ,cycleing and free weights. I can feel the muscle under the flab. It just is being stubborn. I do ware a furnace suit when I work out and I sweat horrible I lose 3lbs of water weight every day just doesnt seam to be losing off the belly area just my ass lol What do you guys do to trim the waist line? Summer is comming and I want a new me-J
 
Sounds so cliche bro, but diet and cardio is everything, their is no magic supplement or steroid. Diet is going to be the key factor and losing bodyfat is everyones nemesis or we would all be 10& hang in their and check, check again and the re check your diet. Do HIT cardio 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes and I promise results.

I will The weather is breaking and the snow is almost gone I plan on biking for an hr befor my work outs. I hope this cuts the belly fat. I do NOT want to take any pills to do this I did back in the day and it made me feel horrible after an hour or so I would rather melt it away... I keep getting spamed on Androlean any thoughts on this??
 
You don't need that crap. Try to separate your cardio from your workout , hard to focus on cardio after a good workout. Post exactly what you ate yesterday including macros, and be honest, and I am sure one of the diet gurus around here can help you adjust and tell you where your going wrong, don't forget full stats and tdee.
 
Oh and btw if you really have to do cardio and workout at the same time, you need to work out first to burn optimal fat in cardio, your body will use its stored energy before dipping into the fat for energy so by working out first you deplete most of that supply,,hope that makes sense
 
Rid belly fat ='s lots of cardio. Work it hard for a month and I promise you'll notice some results. Stairmaster is the BEST by far for burning calories quickly IMO.

Yesterday I started my day with two cups of coffee @ 7am and then by 8 am I had bow of special K with two scoops of Body fortress Strawberry over the top of it with raw goat milk. At 1130 am I had half a tuna subway sub on Italian herb and cheese roll with Spinach and lettus. quart of water for my drink. At 330 I had tuna sandwich on whole wheat quart of water .5 was work out had a protein (two scoops) drink with sliced banana and 630 was dinner wich consisted of lean ground beef patties with rice and bocilli quart of water. Nothing to eat the rest of the night but plenty of water .I usualy eat tuna and chicken every day of the week with salads and a light stir fry. I also love sardines ya i know there bad for you because of the sodium but how many is too many ???By the way I do NOT salt or sugar any of my drinks or food. I havent had a soda in months and I have had like 4 coors light last friday.Its a pretty clean diet but Im thinking Im fighting the years of just not caring and my age but I must turn it all around .,My health depends on it. Will juice make you fat in the bulking stage? I am a first timer and seems like I may be retaining some water as well
 
I'm in the same boat. I ran my way down to skin and bones but still have god damn love handles. I just can't lose them no matter what. My problem is that I was 300 lbs of fat before and I think alot of the bulge is loose skin. I decided to just build up my upper body and legs to try and make the love handles look smaller.
 
Your going two gain weight on cycle and along with that comes fat. Post your macros in the diet section exactly how many grams of protein carbs and fat and totals calories for the day. Then with that info you can get adjustment help but really need that info first.
 
How is the p90x going for you? I am giving insanity a try right now, no weights or pull up with this routine, its mostly all cardio. Great for working up a sweat and burning fat.

I love the P90x there is 13 discs and I feel Tony has shown me how to properly do certain exersizes and weight lifting routines with out getting hurt. He has two routines in every move. 1 if you want to lean out or 2 if you want to bulk up. He is not lifting over 40lbs in each hand but he looks great!!!Im hoping after my bulking stage of my cycle is over the P90x burns the fat off my belly
 
The only way to get rid of those love handles is diet and cardio. I don't care how hard you workout or what supplements/gear you take, if your diet is not in check you will fail. And I don't mean by eating so little your body goes into starvation mode. I mean eat properly, several times a day and do cardio (preferably in a carb depleted state) like kaisersose said.

Check out 3Js sticky in the diet forum, read it, understand it then post your diet, macros and bmr/tdee in the thread. He will get you on track.

I eat 6 times a day and the worst thing I put in my body is PB&J sandwiches with 12 grain bread. I have successfully worked my way down to 172lbs from 298lbs then naturally back up to 205lbs without adding any fat.

At 172 I was so skinny everywhere else that people thought I had cancer. The only place I still had fat was love handles.

They are not going anywhere for me unless I get them removed with surgery.

I respectfully disagree, you can get rid of them without surgery. The question is do you have the dedication and willpower to make it happen? If you have excess skin that's one thing but fat in your love handles can be worked off.
 
I would say losing 126 lbs with diet alone is dedication. I am well aware of how to lose weight. I have been watching my diet for and losing weight for about 5 years now and have been very successful.

The problem for me is that I lose the weight everywhere but there. You cannot target certain spots to lose fat. It comes off where it comes off. I was measured at 13% BF when I was at 172 lbs and still had huge love handles. Unless I get down to like 5% BF I will still have the freaking things.

I think its just an excess skin your talking about..that figures tho...loosing 126 pounds will do that to ya. to loose those love handles you will either have to gain some muscles or surgery...dont quote me on this one tho since im not a specialist

Can you help me understdand exacly what these are? On the back lable ..... What am I looking for???How do I break them down to understand them and how doI read them?
 
Personally, I like the little tummy I have, and I***8217;d rather it stay that way***8212;little. So, I***8217;ve started working out. Evidence is starting to prove the theory that lifting weights and using the aerobic exercise will help you to lose tummy fat around your midsection. A healthy diet is also a good idea. So, I***8217;ve summarized here a list of things you should take into consideration if you***8217;re serious about losing that tummy. If you are experiencing stubborn belly fat that never seems to go away, we have an article about that too.
 
Sounds like mumbojumbo to me, still reading about it myself and will probably try because I am ready for the mumbojumbo. Search here and google Clenviscerate.
 
Get your daily carb intake around 150g a day and your fat around 50g a day. You will defenitly lose that gut.
